We spent 7 nights over spring break at this house. We were looking for a more secluded getaway and this fit the bill. Still close enough to amenities but out there. Everything at the house was functional, but we were warned beforehand to bring our own drinking water (I also saw mention of this in the reviews). Of course my kids became thirstier than ever so we plowed through a lot of bottled water! We really enjoyed the hot tub and movie room. Some of us even jumped in the pool for a minute for fun, but the water was still quite chilly (as expected). The property is amazing! Our dog picked up a couple ticks when I walked him through the more wooded area, so be sure and have your dogs meds up to date (not a bash on the place, I mean it’s the forest…just a heads up for people with dogs). Cody was great at being accommodating and helpful. Couple small things here and there that could be tightened/touched up, but par for the course for a well used STR. Would recommend

The house was beautiful, spacious, and clean. It was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities you could need. The hosts communicated very well and had very clear instructions for check in and out. I will definitely rent from them again but longer next time so I can enjoy it that much more.

Great place for our fire guys to stay. Toni was awesome and very accommodating with good communication. The home was beautiful and clean and just as described. It was a home away from home for our crew and we’re grateful! Would absolutely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was out of town enough to be private, but close enough to enjoy Roseburg and visit friends or catch the freeway out of town. The house is clean and comfortable with a nice private backyard. You will enjoy your stay here.

Large and spacious house with a beautiful kitchen and comfortable living area. The house was easy to find from the provided directions and the setting was private and quiet. We enjoyed an early Thanksgiving meal with family and it suited our needs nicely. The kitchen cupboards seemed a bit bare, but that may just have been because there were so many of them (so much storage!), it did have all the basics and some items beyond that. The large island was great but would have been improved by the presence of bar stools as it tends to be a natural gathering place. The twin bedroom was likely originally an office as it has partially frosted french doors, so doesn't provide a lot of privacy. The master suite was incredibly spacious. Overall a great value, especially when combined with the studio as you have numerous bathrooms and lots of space.

Stayed here for the weekend with a group of friends to go skiing! We were happy with the location and I loved how the house felt like a home! The kitchen was huge and great for group meals. We had everything we needed and would be happy to book again for our next ski trip!

Ericka's home is a delight! She has thought of every amenity and comfort, so it's easy to feel welcome and pampered. Comfortable beds, luxurious linens, and a chef's kitchen, and so many little deluxe touches. The home is a pleasant walk to historic Cottage Grove, and a quick drive to the rest of the region. Delicious restaurants, antique stores, a thriving art scene, great hikes, and covered bridges... Why wouldn't you stay here?

Absolutely gorgeous home that felt warm and inviting. The house was well equipped with everything you could possibly need, was immaculately clean, and very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and private yet still only a few minutes to downtown. We loved staying in Monique's home and will definitely rebook next time we're in Eugene. If you're looking for a luxurious house that feels like a home away from home, this is the one!

The Hesgerooth House is well-appointed throughout and has a fun decor with eclectic, tasteful elements. The kitchen was well-stocked with basic cooking necessities, making meals a breeze. The home is close by to a lovely riverside trail where you can enjoy a short hike in the forest or a quick trail run. Excellent access to the local outdoor activities! Thank you for a wonderful getaway for our family!

This was our fourth year coming to the ranch for our family's annual snow trip. We always have such a wonderful time. Heidi and Mark are always very quick to respond and always extremely helpful. The house is just amazing. The kitchen is fully stocked and has two ovens and extra large pots, also,which worked great for the 12 of us. It is our home away from home.

Loved our stay, Bear is the best! Well-stocked kitchen for cooking, peaceful neighborhood, close to some nice restaurants and trails. Hope to be able to stay here again on another visit to Eugene.

My family and I stayed at this home for over a week and we absolutely loved it! The home is even more beautiful than in pictures, and its view across the mountains is simply breathtaking. The backyard is equally stunning as well. The home is very clean, beautifully decorated, and has everything you could need during your stay. It’s also very close to anything you’d want to visit in Eugene. Tzatzi was an amazing host! She is incredibly warm and helpful, a great communicator, and consistently went above and beyond in her hospitality toward us. I highly recommend this rental!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Kayla’s place. We had family fly in from NY for Thanksgiving and a Ducks game. The house was completely stocked with anything we could have possibly needed, surprisingly enough even for thanksgiving dinner. So many cute little extras. Candy, toothbrushes, bath bombs, etc. Even our one dog who has extreme anxiety seemed to be more comfortable and at peace here than our own home lol. We will def come back.

We enjoyed the views from tjis home. Come in the spring - lots of trees are blossoming, including two magnolias on the property. It's a peaceful lication and a quiet house with all the kitchen items and entertainment you could want. The hosts are excellent communicators.

This is the best deal in town in my opinion. Very private and very large property/living space. I’ve stayed here a few times now, it’s my go to spot whenever I’m in Eugene.
