We are centrally located within Albuquerque and are a short driving distance to restaurants, but not within walking distance.

King bed, walk-in closet, and a dresser, side tables, ceiling fan w/ light, and a air filtration system. Sitting room has a queen Murphy bed, coffee and wine bar with microwave, mini refrigerator, coffee maker (coffee and tea supplied), and dishes, utensils. Bathroom is Jack and Jill style w/ 2 vanities and standing shower.

Adobe Casita Behind Balloon Fiesta- Pet Friendly

This adobe casita is a special place – washed in sunlight, quiet and tucked into a half acre with grass, trees, flowers, rabbits and birds. Located right behind the Balloon Fiesta grounds and is just a few minutes drive, it is only 15-20 minutes from downtown Albuquerque and about 50 minutes from Santa Fe. Plenty of outdoor space in which to relax and soak up the sun. And great Wifi for remote work. The casita sits on the same lot as a larger house that is occupied by a long-term tenant.

Our cozy house is located in a very centralized area of Albuquerque which has a variety of possibilities, like coffee shops, pubs, malls, restaurants, hospitals, wellness centers, and beautiful parks. Guest access Entire house with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One queen bed, a full bed, and another full bed. Office spaces in two of the rooms. High speed wifi with Netflix, Hulu, prime video, and a ps5. With an oasis of a backyard.

Private courtyard and private gated parking with opener. 2.7 miles to Balloon Fiesta Park; watch balloons land in the adjacent field during Balloon Fiesta. Shop & dine nearby yet located in a quiet country setting near walking paths in the Rio Grande Bosque. The home was built 1973 by Architect Bill Shelton, and the guest apartment was added in 1974 for his daughter. This home has been completely renovated. High vaulted wood beam ceilings & clearstory windows give the home an expansive & luxurious feel with lots of natural light. Blackout shades in the bedrooms ensures that daylight does not disturb your sleep. Decorated with a nod to the Orient, fully furnished, & fully equipped with central heat and A/C.

Kick back and relax in this newly renovated stylish space. The casita is themed with New Mexican charm and modern highlights. The bedroom includes a new queen sized bed and there is a fold out queen sized foam mattress in the living room as well. The dining room table seats four. The back porch is a a little oasis where you can enjoy a quiet moment or meal. Larger groups may book the house next door as well.

North Valley Artist's Cottage

Take it easy at this unique spot located in the picturesque North Valley. This rustic home is near walking trails, restaurants, cafes and bakeries and a short drive to all Albuquerque has to offer. The home's open floor plan, clay and wood walls and handmade touches are one of a kind. Stay home by the pond or hop on the train to Santa Fe. However you choose to spend your time, it will be a delight!
