Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and dishwasher. Beautifully renovated fully tiled bathroom. Large living room with 2 futons, dining area, and smart tv with Roku. Hardwood floors throughout. Close to many major hospitals. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, spas, etc.

Private Attic room with private bathroom and private entry on the third floor of our home. Comes with a reclinable queen sized bed, smart TV w/free Wi-Fi, mini fridge, a dining table for 2. Lots of steps up to get to your unit. If you have heavy luggage ask me for help. Perfect for solo travelers who just need a comfortable bed and a clean space. Active family lives on the second floor who sleeps early. Quiet hours 10pm to 7am are extremely important for us. No visits allowed.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. There is a family with children living within the house, however everything is separated, self check in so there is no contact. No parties, no smoking, no more than 2 persons There are some parts of the apartment with low ceiling that may be uncomfortable for tall people. The stairs leading to the second floor are a bit narrow and a bit steep; can be a challenge for some.
