Magical 200 year old Gate Lodge on Coast.

This unique one-bedroom house was once the gate lodge of the Vernon Estate, and it's in an amazing location, right on the promenade in prestigious Clontarf. Built in 1840, it is steeped in history and is a magical place to stay with a sun trap garden over looking the sea. This is a gem of a place and the perfect place to stay. Walk to the Wooden Bridge, Bull Wall, Dollymount Beach and St. Anne's Park. There is gorgeous restaurants / bars within walking distance. Please ask for more info!

Our home is just 4 km south-east of the city centre, easily reached in 13 minutes by DART, a 6-minute walk to the Aviva Stadium, and 10 minutes to the RDS. Sandymount is a charming small village with restaurants, cafes, bars, pharmacies, and a supermarket. The nearby Sandymount Strand is just a 6-minute walk away.

Comfortable space in the heart of Sandymount village. Fully furnished with 2 king size beds & 2 bathrooms. It is new and kitted out with top quality furniture and appliances. The space has high speed internet and smart tv Sandymount village is a very upmarket neighbourhood with fabulous cafes, bars, restaurants, shops. We are a 20 min bus ride to the city centre. 10 min walk to the Aviva stadium. Train station close by! The apartment is on the 1st floor, there are steps up to it and no lift.

Also you are only 10minutes to the city centre or 10 minutes to the bike trail which will take you all the way out along the coast to the seaside village of Howth. Old World Converted Stables with Swimming Pool.

The following is what past guests have said that they love about this property; Guests commented on how old world and elegent it looks. You have a sense of being in the country with birds and squirrels in the trees but yet you are only 10 minutes to the airport and 10 minutes to the city centre. Everyone adored our closeness to the phoenix park..There are many activities in the park including the zoo, the hop on hop off bus, segways, rent a bike to name a few.
