An absolute gem of a getaway, perfect place to rest and relax in idyllic countryside surroundings. Very comfy bed and such a cute little place. Wood Fired hot tub made star gazing pretty special. Would definitely book again.

Wow! This is the very first Air BnB I have stayed in. The home felt like home as we walked in. It was warm, bright and clean. The treats left for us were warmly welcomed. There were six adults in our group, a baby and a dog. Poppy the dog loved wearing herself out in the garden. Hot tub was clean and the patio area superb. Pub in walking distance, we didn't eat there as we were thoroughly enjoying cooking at home. We took our air fryer which was great as we knew we wanted to cook an Easter Sunday Dinner. Thank you Claudia for your great correspondence and allowing us in earlier with the baby.

Had an amazing valentines stay here with my partner. Clare was the perfect host and the barn was the perfect property for our stay. Very quaint, peaceful and secluded. With lovely views over the farmland and a short drive from some beautiful towns

We had such a lovely stay at this beautiful Airbnb. The one-bedroom space was incredibly spacious and well laid out, with a super comfy bed that made it hard to leave in the morning! The private garden was huge and perfect for relaxing, especially with the hot tub—it felt like our own little retreat. The area is peaceful and quiet, which made the whole stay even more relaxing. Highly recommend for a cosy, private getaway!

My daughter's and I really enjoyed our short Easter break. The location was so peaceful and beautiful. A much needed retreat from Birmingham. We made full use of the wonderfully relaxing hot tub. We enjoyed a meal out at The Ship Inn and several walks along the river. We took a walk to The Severn Valley Visitors Centre and caught the steam train back from the Country Park Halt. A lovely afternoon out. We recommend this Airbnb and hope yo visit again in the future.

We had a fantastic short break in Peak District and Jack's cottage was the perfect place to stay. Very quiet, peaceful spot in the lovely village of Brassington, but central if you're looking to visit Matlock, Bakewell and Buxton. The cottage was very clean, well maintained and had everything you need - including robes for when you get out of the hot tub! We didn't find parking an issue at all, with plenty of street parking just up the hill towards the Miners Arms pub. Speaking of pubs, the Miners Arms (which is the closest pub to the cottage) appeared to have closed down, but we'd highly recommend The Old Gate Inn which is a little further (3-less than 5 min walk), but has large garden, good ales and great food. Natalie and her husband are friendly, quick to respond to any queries and offered advice on local walks and places to go. Would love to stay at Jack's cottage again, perhaps in the winter with the log burner going!

Just had a fantastic short break in this Parwich cottage. Stunning gardens and surroundings. The cottage has everything you need and more. We parked the car and from the cottage cycled the High Peak and Tissington Trails. Warm and cosy accommodation set in a quiet village with a great pub 2 minutes away. Caroline is a genuine host with your comfort and convenience always a priority. The photographs don’t do this cottage justice. It really is a beautiful place. What can be better after a good walk or cycle than visit the pub then end the evening looking at the stars from the hot tub in the garden ? We will certainly be back, the sooner the better. Beautiful cottage, Sat Nav brought us straight to the location no problems! Cottage was beautiful, Wendy treated us with a bottle of wine & strawberries, 🍷 🍓 The children loved the hot tub and pool, very clean and private! Wendy directed us to nice places to eat! The breakfast in the farm was beautiful, also the roast dinners were delicious! Would definitely visit again! Thankyou Sian & John

This lovely cottage is perfect for a weekend with friends. We sit in the kitchen for hours and just talk! Comfy living room and bedrooms. Love the big rainfall shower. Nice little garden, but was a bit cold to sit outside for long.

Honestly one of the most beautiful places we have stayed, we had everything we needed and more and the personalised touches were just lovely! So cosy, clean and we felt so at home - we are already planning a trip back! 🩷

Charming thatched roof cottage in a quiet village with wonderfully landscaped grounds. Ample off street parking and tennis court. Excellent location to nearby sites, castles, archery and local restaurants. We highly recommended staying at Jane’s cottage!

Victoria was excellent at communicating and very clear with instructions and information about the cottage and its surrounding. The cottage was very homely and the beds and bedding very comfortable. Rosemary's cottage is fabulous. As soon as you walk inside you immediately feel at home. It is spotlessly clean, lovely furniture, pristine kitchen/dining room with all the appliances you would need, very comfortable beds, lovely linen and huge, fluffy towels. The garden is very neat with lovely patio furniture, perfect for that afternoon bottle of fizz in the sunshine. It is a 15/20 minute walk into Stratford Upon Avon whereby there are some lovely walks, great restaurants and bars and all the Shakespeare culture you need for the perfect weekend. Also, which was a bonus to us, was that there is parking for 2 cars on the drive. We were celebrating my mums 80th birthday which is a birthday my mum won't forget. Thank you Rosemary for letting us stay in your beautiful cottage.

It was a lovely stay at a beautiful cottage. The cottage was everything we hoped for a little two day get away. We spent time on local walking footpaths and getting to know the local pubs. Our recommendations are; The Falcon, Ye Olde Reine Deer Inn and The Blinking Owl over the road. The owners of the Blinking Owl were lovely hosts, really traditional English pub and great food from Sylvia! We spent our New Years Eve there and it was a lovely evening. Couldnt have asked for a better stay. Mary was super helpful and responsive on the run up to the stay. We hope to visit again soon.

This was our second visit to this charming and totally unique cottage and we again took full advantage of the lovely walks around. The surrounding grounds were blessed with many wild spring flowers and we spent a considerable time just sitting on the bench enjoying the peaceful area and sound of the woodpecker etc.. Visits to Oxford (the Ashmolean) and Stratford-upon-Avon (quieter in the mornings) and visits to the surrounding villages added to our enjoyment.

Clear and detailed instructions from Joanne as to how to get to the property, very friendly and responsive. Really clean, quality furnishings, spotlessly clean. Perfect location for Alton Towers, where we were going and way better value than others nearby. Thank you x

A lovely cottage, well appointed and very comfortable. Set on a farm but very peaceful with lots of wildlife including deer and badgers. Good facilities and well located for Leamington, Kenilworth and Coventry. Ideal for families visiting Warwick Uni students, like we did. Sally is a great host and we wouldn't hesitate to go back. We saw Millie through the window but Mabel didn't get to say hello.

Beautiful m quaint cottage in a quiet village location, perfect for a relaxing few days stay. A great price with everything provided for a perfect get away. Spotlessly clean and well thought out features. The bed was so comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you might need. The local pub is a very short walk. Stan recommended The Bridge Inn Restaurant in Bidford-on-Avon so a lovely Sunday lunch. We had a great time and would thoroughly recommend staying here. Thank you so much.
