This was our third booking with Simarjeet and we have stayed in both of his guest house locations in the Safdarjung Enclave. Simarjeet is very friendly and he is extremely communicative and he ensures your arrival experience is as smooth and seamless as it can be. He has an excellent team of staff who will welcome you, and provide everything you need for a comfortable stay in a vibrant and buzzing neighbourhood. Breakfast and all refreshments are provided and other meals are also available on request. The beds are comfortable with clean linen and towels are provided for use in the ensuite shower room. A walk out to Green Park will reward you with good restaurants and a vibrant atmosphere. The nearest Metro station is 5-10 mins walk away and there are always tuktuk drivers buzzing around that are willing to take you anywhere. Simarjeet is also a fantastic and knowledgeable guide , you will not regret choosing to stay here.

Had a comfortable stay! The location was excellent - close to everything I needed. The staff was extremely courteous and polite, which made the experience even better. Breakfast was available and quite good as well. Would definitely recommend this place!

I visited blu O Stays for 1 night from 13 dec 2024 till 14 Dec 2024. Amar was my POC and he was always proactive and courteous in answering my queries or while reaching out. the place was great and had all the amenities + was clean/maintained and had access too good restaurants nearby. Also, I loved the complimentary snacks that were put up as welcome. the place had room heater / extra towels / air purifier / TV with streaming services / balcony and was a great fit for my needs. I'd recommend this place to others too.

It's a very good location and the service provider caretaker are very good everything were awesome.... Anybody won't feel they are away from their home.... I wish the owners carry on their service the same way....

good stay for family

The place is exactly like it is shown in photos, the location is good, right near metro station. Rakesh was so helpful and made the entire check in process smooth and easy. He took care of every query and resolved any issues within minutes.

Kuvera was very helpful in making me feel at home and helping me do some groceries shopping. The accommodation is spacious and clean. He is always there or a phone call away to help you. I would 100% recommend

This was such an amazing place, and Sangeeta was the best host. She’s so flexible and friendly, and is also so personable. I really appreciated meeting her. She checked in to make sure everything was okay, and let us stay past our check out time due to a very late flight. The place was beautiful, almost looks bigger than pictures- we were so happy and would definitely stay here again. The GK market was walking distance, and I believe the other ones are pretty close too. Great food, tons to do, but also gives a neighborhood vibe and was pretty peaceful. There was daily cleaning at the apartment and all of the building staff were very friendly. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Farzan’s place. It was clean and smelt fresh. He let us check in early, and always happy to help us with anything. The caretakers were just lovely and helpful. It’s a very homely place. definitely recommended!

We chose this beautiful place because of the location and the greenery when we found it. Turns out it was more beautiful than the pictures and they don’t do it justice!! You have complete privacy and the family is so sweet and nice!! They were so nice to help us when we had gotten sick! Ishaan was so responsive and his recommendations for places to eat were so good as we tried them all!! The breakfast each morning was amazing as we had omelets everyday and was a full spread!! We would definitely stay here again the next time we go back to India!! Thank you!!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. The location was great, with easy access to nearby attractions and essential amenities. We had a wonderful stay at Karan’s place. He was extremely accommodating, allowing us to check in early and even accepting our last-minute request at midnight. He was very responsive and answered all our queries promptly. The house itself is a spacious 2BHK, clean, and well-maintained, with a spotless washroom. It is located inside a secure housing society, so we had no safety concerns. The broadband connection was stable, which was a plus. For families, the society has two parks with play areas for kids, making it a great option for those traveling with children. One small improvement would be to have a power backup, as there were occasional power cuts that left the house in complete darkness. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would highly recommend Karan’s place to others. Thanks again for hosting us!

This place is great. Cozy, comfortable and compact. it has all the basic amenities you would need for a comfortable stay. The host, Arpan, has been excellent from start to the end. I requested for an early and he was always supportive and fully cooperative. The communication was always easy, fast and smooth. Totally worth it. Would love to visit again

Best place under tht budget there was two bed in tht flat 4 can sleep comfrtably ... Caretaker was very helpfull and responsive.
