Located in the picturesque town of Rovinj, Studio is set 5 km from the Nature Park Zlatni Rt and 5 km from City Center. Adjacent to the pool is an extensive outdoor eating area along with a built-in BBQ. and Pizza oven. Inside, the house is spacious and immaculate with a modern, fully equipped kitchen/dining room, that also contains a sofa bed. There are two double bedrooms a bathroom with shower and a utility room room.

Dispone di giardino privato con sdraio, (da utilizzare solo per il relax di persone) tavolo e sedie. Spazio ideale per una coppia per rinnovarsi dalla frenesia giornaliera.

I Bungalow 2 Camere sono in legno, moderni, rifiniti con cura, arredati con gusto e immersi nella pineta. Le tende che chiudono elegantemente la terrazza esterna assicurano privacy e riservatezza. Ogni bungalow è dotato di un piccolo scoperto verde, perfetto per i bambini e i loro giochi all’aperto, ma comodo anche per i più grandi che desiderano rilassarsi all’ombra della pineta. Comodi al viale che porta alla spiaggia, i bungalow sono a pochi passi dalla spiaggia.

The small house is situated slightly outside and up from the village. Great view over the lake and mountains and catches the evening sun until late. The house is very very simple and very basic but has been refurnished with a small pool, private garden. It has two parking spaces. A local 24 hour supermarket is 3 minutes’ walk. Easy access by bus and train to Lugano, Milan and Como and lake ferry. It is NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN ! or babies.
