Lyn and Peter were amazing hosts for our family of 4 (two adults plus two kids, ages 9&6.) Lyn greeted us at check-in, but gave us privacy after that, and was super quick to respond to texts on the rare occasion we had a question. The boathouse was as described with even more amenities than listed and more spacious and beautiful than the pictures could do justice. The place is immaculate with careful thought and detail into every little decoration and little touches (e.g. a basket in the bedroom with bug spray, package toothbrush, etc. for any forgotten items.) We felt completely at home in the boathouse and enjoyed the beautiful views from the upstairs deck and dock, where we spent the majority of our time. We all loved taking out the SUPs that were there for our use and it was a quick drive into town to visit Don’s Bakery (IYKYK), Splash Island, and the ski show on Tuesday night. Highly recommend the boathouse for your next Muskoka stay! Lyn’s hospitality is 10/10.

Great value and convenient location for our parent's weekend in Geneva. We were a family of four; two adults and two teens so the layout for sleeping gave everyone their own space. Bring your own towels and bed sheets. Blankets, duvets and pillows are provided. We arrived after dark and missed the entry several times. Luckily, Paula met us with her car lights on near the entry and guided us down the lane. A helpful landmark for others is to turn opposite the car wash area of the Speedway gas station. Thank you Paula and John.

I proposed here! Newport has been very special for me and my partner. I knew Lilypad would be the perfect setting and Danielle went above and beyond to help me make the proposal better than I envisioned! The Lilypad was tucked in around Fort Adams with beautiful views of the bay. The waters were serene with a gentle breeze throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the watertaxi rides, especially at night where we stargazed underneath a clear sky! Danielle was super friendly and accomendated all of our needs. Lilypad will forever have a special place in our hearts and we can't wait to stay again!

The house boat is in a great location with easy walking access the Freedom Trail locations like Bunker Hill or the USS Constitution. Catching the ferry to Long Wharf or the 93 bus downtown is also very convenient. Our two kids loved the sleeping in the loft.

This was our first experience on a houseboat. We were both in need of rest and relaxation. I loved hearing the rain drops while I slept and have always felt nurtured by the rocking of a boat. We enjoyed our experience, caught up on lots of reading. We left feeling restored. Rheanna was a delight to meet! So helpful in getting us boarded. The boat is fully equipped and very detailed instructions were helpful to refer to when needed. I highly recommend this experience! We enjoyed the full moon and the golden glow of the fall leaves during our stay. Would be great to return and also to experience a cabin stay on the property. If you are a cold plunger this experience would be a plus! There is also a sauna on the premises. We had the choice to paddle back to land on the canoe attached to our mooring. However, we chose to stay on board for the three nights on the houseboat.

Danielle is a fantastic host with a beautiful home. Within minutes of settling into the Lilypad we were already making plans to return. The views were excellent, water taxi service was convenient, the boat was in terrific shape, and we felt right at home.

This stay was a 10/10, would highly recommend to anyone in the Providence area. We booked for a last minute getaway; Neil was proactive, providing helpful and visual instructions for parking. Check in was simple and practical. Upon immediate entry we were welcomed with a home-like vibe, fresh full sets of towels and linen, stocked kitchen and bath amenities among others. The top of the boat definitely provides a cool view! We stopped into The Hot Club and were met with super friendly staff, a fun karaoke night and some good bar eats and drinks. Looking forward to coming back for another nice and convenient stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Prayas’s cottage! Wonderfully spacious and beautiful surroundings. Highly recommend. Prayas was an excellent host - very communicative and accommodating.

I loved Julia’s Arc. First time I Airbnb’d in a houseboat; won’t be my last. I loved this experience! Julia’s was inviting, comfortable, well appointed. I enjoyed sitting on the upper deck but even sitting inside with the blinds up and the windows open afforded the sounds of the water while enjoying the view of the marina and boats. I wish I had more time here to explore more. This was exactly what I needed for some time alone.

Neville's house boat was the perfect stay for our anniversary. The boat is very sweetly designed and well thought out. Sitting out on the decks was relaxing and fun to watch all the boats go by. We had food delivered from Dockside, very convenient and delicious. Inside the boat felt very comfy and like home. It was a nice treat and Neville is a kind and attentive host. Check in and parking was smooth. We had a lovely stay! Thank you

We had such a wonderful time on the floating house! We went in October and were lucky to have the perfect weather weekend. Not only do you get the sunrise view, but you also get the sunset! Nights were cooler but the house had heat and we were warm. We enjoyed watching the boats go by and fishing right at the docks. Sheila and her team was super friendly and easy to communicate with. Would recommend and come again!

Just spent two nights at this property which was clean, quiet and right on the water. It have a beautiful lake view and you can see the moon rise at night. The bed was comfortable and I recommend this place for couples who want to spend some peaceful time together.

Beautiful location on Lake George. Well equipped and clean kitchen, bath, everything. Lovely boathouse with nice lounge chairs/couch and firepit. We took advantage of the kayaks which were easily accessible. Thank you Max for helping us with the fold out bed. Good for a couple. A little pricey for being after the season.

We had an enjoyable stay at the houseboat, especially with the two patios that were great to spend time on. It was very clean and easy to check into, although we had a little difficulty finding it at first due to construction in the area. It would have been great to be able to enjoy the beach or swim nearby but that was a drive away and the water was not advised to swim in.

Easy to get to Jane's boat, the people were very friendly. The boat was amazing, very cozy, love the desk especially with the weather being great. I strongly recommend to stay there, easy access to and from the boat to downtown. The area is family owned with live music, painting sessions and even guess the songs night. We shall return to Pittsburgh and book at Jane's boat again. That is a guarantee. Thank you

Such a beautiful place to stay! I highly recommend this location for a peaceful, quiet weekend getaway. Made perfectly for a couple looking to get away and just be together. The scenery is beautiful, the owners are incredibly friendly and thoughtful to the experience, and don’t forget about the animals! We would definitely go back to spend another weekend here and recommend to everyone to give it a chance as well.

We were originally planning on staying in Ithaca, but we like interesting stays and the boathouse definitely was interesting, in a good way. The place itself was comfortable and well equipped. The best part is the Catherine Valley bike trail is right outside the property, there’s a kayak launch in the shared area, and the Watkins Glen State Park with its beautiful gorge trail is just a couple of minutes away by car or 8 minutes by bike. The canal is great, we saw some eagles just sitting on the dock, and there are some pretty inlets you can explore by kayak . The lake is also close by if you go the other way. After visiting Ithaca a couple of times we’re glad we stayed here instead, it’s a much more relaxing place.

Great experience with scenic views. Our group had lots of fun. There are so many activities to do at the site and around. Will definitely visit again.

Great location, you need a boat to get there but Alexandria Bay was only 3/4 of a mile away with lots to do. If you love the river you’ll love this spot. Incredible views and the grounds were well keep.

We had an amazing time visiting the Finger Lakes. Pauline's boat house was so cozy. Being located right on the lake was a huge plus. We enjoyed coffee every morning lakeside under the sun. Pauline was very kind and responsive. We would definitely return to the boathouse! Thank you very much Pauline!

Our stay on The Green Turtle was an enjoyment. Jon was so hospitable and accommodating. The sunset and sunrise views were beautiful. The room was cozy and cleanly. Homemade warm muffins were delivered right to the door. Truly an opportunity you do not want to miss!
