We had a wonderful short over night stay at this beautiful B&B. It had everything you need and more. The bed was super comfy with pristine linen. But what really make this place so wonderful is the people who run it. Thank you Gezina and Marcel for your friendly hospitality and for accommodating our early departure. I usually take the traditional route between Cape Town and Johannesburg, stopping in Colesberg or Richmond. This time, I explored a new path and discovered Nieu-Bethesda—a hidden gem. The town’s gravel roads, fantastic restaurants, free-roaming horses, and the sound of owls at night created a magical atmosphere, especially while enjoying incredible lamb dishes. The highlight was my stay at Ludolf and Carla’s Airbnb. Their beautifully restored, pet-friendly home is tastefully decorated and equipped with every comfort. Thoughtful touches—welcome sherry, luxurious bedding, Africalogic amenities, homemade rusks, and fresh milk—made me feel truly pampered. Their property also features a stunning underground cellar for special events. Ludolf and Carla provided excellent communication and a detailed town map. Their hospitality, combined with Nieu-Bethesda’s charm, made this an unforgettable experience. I’m officially a fan and will definitely be back!

We visited Paternoster for the 2nd time on our road trip. The White Mussell room is spacious with a complete bathroom, balcony with awesome views. Breakfast was provided with a personal touch. We love to come back again. Thank you for your personal hospitality.
