Quirky definitely. Very interesting place great spot, convenient to lovely tow path access straight into village, shops cafe etc. Son really enjoyed the space great spit for an Easter Egg hunt. Highly recommended. x

Es war wirklich eine Besonderheit auf dem Boot von Thierry und Pierre mit all den kleinen Figürchen und Spielzeugen zu wohnen. Sie haben dieses Airbnb mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Leider war es in der Woche, in der wir dort waren, häufig sehr windig und kalt, so dass wir die Terrasse kaum nutzen konnten. Eine Woche kann daher dann zu zweit auch schon recht eng sein. Pierre, den Mitbesitzer, haben wir 2 mal getroffen, da er sehr gut englisch spricht und wir schlecht französisch. Er hat uns sehr nett empfangen und verabschiedet und uns zwischendurch viele Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben.

We had a lovely time on Peter's houseboat. The location is great. Only a 15 minute walk to the station and the center yet incredibly peaceful. Everything we needed was available and we enjoyed the first rays of the spring sun on the dock in front of the houseboat. The daily visit from a group of geese was quite the highlight for our little boy. Peter welcomed us when we first arrived and was very accommodating and responsive to our questions. We explored the corners of Utrecht and beyond with the bike and can only recommend this lovely city. So many beautiful historic buildings, lovely canals and quaint little cafes and shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

Our family loved our stay on Tante Piet in Amsterdam! It was a great way to stay in Amsterdam like a local. The boat was comfortable for two adults and two children (our kids are 12 and 8 and were very comfortable). It was great to have a nice outdoor seating area to spend evenings and one night we used the grill to make dinner. The beds were comfortable for sleeping and the bathrooms were nice. If anyone is worried about feeling movement while on the water, worry not. You don't feel it at all. Siet (+ hubby Frank) is an amazing host. She was friendly with our kids and had great recos on things to do and restaurants to eat at. There were some minor issues – such as the internet going out one day and a power outage another day. But Siet proactively addressed these issues immediately with us and got them corrected as soon as possible ... sometimes before we even realized there was an issue, haha! Staying in this house boat made for a memorable part of our trip to a great city.

Vi havde et super fint ophold i Eva Maries charmerende husbåd. I hjertet af København og alligevel roligt og idyllisk. Ingen larm eller støj. Rent og pænt.

We hebben genoten van het verblijf op de woonark! Een heerlijk plekje aan het water bij een superhost! Fijne kamers, leuke spelletjes en veel te doen in de buurt. We hebben genoten van de rust in de directe omgeving van Amsterdam. Het was heerlijk 'thuiskomen' op de ark na een drukke dag in de stad. Marie Louise is erg gezellig en behulpzaam en staat altijd voor je klaar! Echt fantastisch!!!@

evdeki herkes huzur, keyif, mutluluk ve sohbet dolu bir tatil geçirdiler. Çok param olsa o evi isterdim Amsterdam'da. Bir daha umarım geldiğimizde yine Hanco'nun evinde kalabiliriz. Sevgiler.

Wir hatten ein schönes Wochenende in Hamburg auf dem schönen Hausboot von Karsten und Harald! :) Es war eine ganz neue Erfahrung und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war alles da was man braucht und wir möchten gern wiederkommen. Lg

een heerlijke plek met prachtig weer..

Andrea è stato molto gentile sia per quanto il riguarda il check-in flessibile e ci siamo sentiti coccolati durante la permanenza con servizio in camera. inoltre è stato rapido nel comunicare una nostra piccola dimenticanza nella stanza al nostro checkout. Aperitivo ottimo (pagato a parte) con davvero un ottimo prosecco! la veranda esterna è una vera chicca, è piaciuta un sacco al mio ragazzo!

Boathouse excellemment bien équipé et parfaitement propre! Environnent agréable et calme - centre de portoroz à proximité Alenka nous a donne toutes les instructions en amont pour un agréable séjour et était réactive en cas d’imprévu 👍 Merci de nous avoir permis de passer quelques magnifiques journées sur votre boathouse

We had a wonderful 4 night stay on Water Lodge. A fabulous base for exploring the Isle of Wight. We all slept amazingly well and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay for a family of four. Thank you Yarmouth Harbour!

Unterkunft wie beschrieben,Leo war ständig erreichbar.Da es(Anfang Oktober)schon etwas kalt war wurden wir auch über die Benutzung der vorhandenen Heizung informiert und kamen damit auch gut klar.Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.

We went to The Boathouse for the long Bank Holiday weekend. As we arrived the builders were leaving, one stayed but they were lovely and we heard no noise from them at all. Where do we start with The Boathouse….. well it certainly lived up to the expectations. It was beautiful, views were amazing and it was so quiet and peaceful. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home, it has been an amazing weekend. We went for a friends birthday and we spent so much time there and never wanted to leave. We had the best time and we belly laughed from start to finish. Everything and I mean everything was perfect Thanks again

Well two stories actually First night I stayed there with two male friends we all agreed great location Great accommodation in uniek setting Second day night my daughter stayed with a friend Both girls gave it 5 star Kim my daughter parked on thr carpark outside mentioned how friendly the staff were at the marina centre We all loved the welcome pack Water , milk etc coffee tea etc biscuits Brilliant Will recommend to any who wants to visit Liverpool but have a brilliant quiet year busy nearby location Top marks to the owners 👍👍

Wow! I booked Anne and Peter's place for my work colleagues, they loved it! It would make a perfectly weekend getaway. The guys said they would both bring their families back, superb!

Trés proche de la Gare de Nantes, le bâteu est facile à accéder à pied. En dépit d'être en centre ville, le logement est assez tranquille les soirs, on n'entend pas beaucoup de bruit. Nous avons y rester deux nuits avec un enfant est se passait trés bien.

Es waren nur zwei Nächte aber es hat sich angefühlt wie eine komplette Urlaubswoche

This was our second time at the houseboat and we’re already looking forward to booking again. If you’re looking for relaxation and luxury on the water, this is the place for you. Cannot recommend this place enough!

This was a beautiful place. It was much better than I imagined. It is the first Ike staying at a boat house and I don’t think we could have got a better experience. Both Rob and Karin were very responsive and took care of our needs immediately. The bedroom above is very spacious. Only thing to note is that the bathroom is only downstairs. It worked out fine for us. I highly recommend this place for a stay for max 3 people.

Lovely place, very smart and comfortable Great to wake up to the gentle sound of water and birds and the very gentle movement of the houseboat.

Stunning house boat ,great place to stay and easy to walk into town ,very huge inside,loved sitting in the front window looking out ,we used the pub onsite for breakfast and a few drinks prior exploring and was very nice ,we never used the kitchen apart the kettle but had everything you’d need,my only critique would be to have a voile net across the entrance to walk in closet / bathroom which would still let natural light in through the big windows as my partner used the loo in the marine club when he needed the loo ,maybe to just pull across when using the loo ,but wasn’t that big of a hassle and I was aware of the open plan and took my air freshener,nonetheless we loved it and we shall definitely book again ,we was sad to leave as we booked it for 2 days for my parnerts 50th ,thank you for letting us use your home 💜

We had a fantastic relaxing time at the water snug. Absolutely stunning cabin and surroundings. Loved watching the Canadian Geese, seeing the different birds including the green woodpecker, blue tit's and grey wagtail. Hearing the owl and just completely relaxing on the veranda The water snug was decorated beautifully which we loved how it was done. Patrick and Juliette were lovely and friendly and was a pleasure to meet them and cant wait to come back and try the little cabin next!
