Private house (4 km from Rovaniemi center) offers NORTHERN LIGHTS/AURORA on the shore of a nearby lake (40 meters, 2 minutes to walk) and environment of silence and nature Apartment is a small independent, fully equipped house (26 m2),minihome in peaceful area for two persons (double bed,160 cm) with private entrance. Supermarket and bus-stop are nearby (100 m). It's easy to get by bus to city center (4 km) and Santa Claus's village/Airport (12 km).Free parking space right next to the apartment

Kodikas, siisti huoneisto omalla sisäänkäynnillä. Täysin varusteltu keittiö. Saunan voit lämmittää päivittäin, vilvoitella suojaisella terassilla, grillata (kaasu) ja takka löytyy. Makuuhuoneissa sijatut vuoteet (160 cm, 120 cm). Olohuoneen vuodesohva (140 cm). Matkasängyt pienille lapsille. Lemmikit ovat tervetulleita (muista ilmoittaa varauksen yhteydessä). Liinavaatteet, pyyhkeet ja loppusiivous kuuluvat hintaan. Huoneisto on Kajaanin keskustasta noin kolme kilometriä lentokentän suuntaan.

Viihtyisä kelohirsi paritalo lähellä Rukan keskusta. Keittiössä kaikki tarvittavat laitteet (tiskikone, induktioliesi, uuni , mikro) sekä kattavat astiastot. Mökin alakerrassa olohuone-keittiö avotilana sekä yksi makuuhuone jossa parivuode. Parvi-yläkerta jonka päädyissä erilliset makuutilat. Toisessa levitettävä vuodesohva ja toisessa kaksi erillistä sänkyä. Wifi-yhteys, ilmalämpöpumppu, 11kw-laturi type2 liittimellä (sähkö veloitetaan erikseen). Hiihtoladulle lyhyt matka mökin pihasta!

Bastu och terass, sovalkov i övre och nedre våningen med dubbelsängar, samt ett loft med en parsäng och en 120cm säng. Vandrings-, cykelleder och längdskidspår, 50m. Stugan är idealisk speciellt för par, små familjer eller distansarbetare. Vi har även några andra stugor på Ruka som är ski in ski out.
