Renta de alojamientos vacacionales frente al agua en Northern Taiwan

I had a fantastic stay here. The space is clean and exactly as described. The hosts were also excellent. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Taipei.

在松山站饒河夜市附近的套房，地點方便機能也很好，房間內部搭配滿多新穎的設備，樓中樓的房型睡起來也很舒適，整體空間應有盡有，是個讓人想再回訪的旅程！

轉換成繁體字： 公寓位於公園邊上，離河邊步道也很近，適合散步。附近有便利店、小超市、餐廳等，生活方便。步行距離內有公車到高鐵站和火車站，計程車需10-15分鐘可以到。 房間不大但很舒適。窗外噪音較大（來源於公路及周邊住戶的空調外機），對噪音敏感的人無法開窗休息。關窗後基本不會聽到外面的噪音。

超讚的房東與房間，已經推薦給親朋好友，之後如果有需要也非常樂意再來住！

Anita’s apartment was perfect for a solo traveler like myself. It’s got all the listed amenities, and it’s located right next to a bustling night market with great food. It’s also located very close to a riverwalk - perfect for morning walks to wake yourself up. Anita is a wonderful host who is quick to respond to messages. I’ll be back for sure next time I get to visit the beautiful country of Taiwan. Thanks for the great stay, Anita!!!

We loved our stay at Rica’s property in Tianmu! The location is perfect—quiet, residential, next to a park, and close to the hot springs. The apartment is spacious with 3 large rooms and a comfy living area. The futon beds in two rooms were fine for us (having lived in Japan), but may take getting used to for others. The kitchen is well-equipped (no oven, but great stove and pans). What truly made our stay outstanding was Rica’s hospitality. She was incredibly responsive, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. If I could give her 7 stars, I absolutely would! We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Tianmu and look forward to staying here again in the future.

This is definitely one of my best stay in taiwan so far. Host is very thoughtful and detailed about the necessities. They provided very high quality products and the space is clean and cosy. Location may be a little far from the city but the beauty lies in the peaceful and quietness of the district. Will definitely want to stay here again when I visit taipei next time!

Smooth experience from inquiry, booking, checkin and checkout. Place is super clean and all amenities, inclusions etc are provided as mentioned in the post. We had everything we needed. Amanda was nice enough to let us extend our checkout for free since our flight is at night time. Place is highly recommended and I was glad that we chose to book her place rather than to book a hotel

Alain was so kind helping us to solve our problems at any moment that I can say Alain takes care of his tenants.

地點離外澳車站很近！ 沒有開車的朋友非常友善，房東小姊姊即時溝通回覆是回到另一個家的感覺💕 還有推薦餐廳美食景點完全不踩雷！ 迎賓小點小卡so sweet! 床超級好睡根本不想起床啊！ 謝謝給我們美好的跨年夜！ Will be back there such a good place!

來台北跨年所以預約了一個舒服遠離塵囂既民宿居住 首先，房東很友善人很好，我自己一個女生先入住，房東一下子幫我搬行李從1樓走樓梯到5樓！親切地和我介紹房間的設施，所有都可以使用。當我開不到樓下大門，他也親自走下來教我用，垃圾和洗衣，他都幫我掉垃圾和教我如何使用！親切度100分💕 接着，𥦬外風景真的很好，有種親親大自然的感覺，晚上看到的景色更美，跨年也可以遠觀台北101大樓的煙火，除了101大樓的煙火外，還能同時看到多處放的煙火，太驚喜太意外了！是個不錯，又安靜又不用人擠人的跨年好住處！很適合情侶兩人居住的地方！ 此外，到附近的便利店夜宵店，或者捷運亦不太遠，大約10至15分鐘左右，慢慢散步去亦是不錯的選擇，過程中還見到小狗和小貓😂關渡捷運站距離淡水很近，但如果相對到台北市中心附近的景點，乘車時間會較長距離會較遠。 唯一美中不足的是房間微塵較多，但可以運用房東的吸塵器吸吸。 整體而言，這間民宿很適合遠離繁囂！推薦喔💕💕

I loved my time here, it felt like a home away from home. Eva is super friendly and helpful. She cared about my stay, my time in Taiwan, and made it really comfortable and safe. The bedroom was cozy and spacious and I loved my desk. Lots of natural sunlight everywhere. Bathroom is also very clean. Laundry was easy to do. The place is close to the MRT and lots of good food around. Couldn't ask for a more comfortable stay.

房東會提供完整入住資訊，還貼心提供停車資訊這真的省了不少錢、美食地圖，民宿不提供餐飲，收費相對很划算👌🏼 位置在捷運站正對面❤️ 生活機能超方便、很舒服、隱密的秘密空間😂 到捷運站、老街、漁人碼頭都超方便 大推薦👍🏼

海景真的很棒，整體來說是令人放鬆的地方，房東很貼心的提供酒精，這點真的很棒，我們大部分時間都在房源內休息，周圍沒有噪音，房東也會給予詳細的入住指南，這棟建築幾乎是每次來宜蘭必住👍

他們很貼心！ 很乾淨，從對外窗看到的外景也很漂亮～ 如果有機會的話想要再住！

Amazing host and great location in Nankan! Heidi was so easy to communicate with and made the stay right at home. Loved the curated space and how easy it is to get to restaurants and public transportation. Highly recommend for those visiting Taoyuan!

The place is very clean and well equipped. Private bathroom is clean. Water runs well. Room has a washer and hanging Rosa outside window. Sunny the host is very nice. She prepared some small snacks and fruits for guests. Entry to room is via electronic lock and host changed the number for added security. Location is not downtown but there are buses within 3 min walk. Near the location has small food outlets, 7 eleven, McD, dumplings and fMily mart. 40 minutes to get to downtown by bus. Host provides water boiler and even filtered water which is a plus. There is a small morning market in 10 minutes walk. All in all, a great place for a few days.

Excellent place to stay. Small but big enough for a week or so, plus you have your own personal washing machine. Really good host too.
