Located centrally in a village close to all amenities, the Confederation Trail, Les Iles de la Madeleine Ferry Terminal(CTMA), Souris beach and other famous beaches are a close drive away. This cabin is private and nestled along a beautiful babbling Brook. Your tiny “bedroom in a field” comes furnished with a cozy queen sized bed, coffee bar, mini fridge, kitchenette, heat pump, BBQ, fire pit, hammock, covered veranda, DETACHED PRIVATE washroom with composting toilet & hot shower, & access to the property’s HotTub.

Designed specifically for this picturesque piece of Prince Edward Island, these new Shipping Container Cottages allow for panoramic views from the end of Queens Point on Tracadie Bay. Fully functional kitchen with efficient tiny home appliances, full bath with corner shower, a Queen bed with a twin above it in the upper container and a twin on the main level. Three decks, two are rooftops. Hot tub is only operational from Sept - June, NOT July and August unless requested in advance.

Private Hot Tub River Retreat

The “Kenzie B” cottage is a newly built cottage with unique features throughout like a sliding steel barn door, a steel shower and old barn beams along the ceiling. The covered veranda off the front of the cottage provides you with stunning views of the tidal river and a private hot tub overlooks the river as well. Swim, boat, float, whatever you wish, the river awaits! We also have a motorized floating picnic table for rent if you'd like to explore the river some more.

The farmhouse is 100+ years old, located in an ideal country setting with an impressive water view, close to many amenities and only 25 mins from Charlottetown and 15 mins from the ferry. The house was vacant for over 10 years before I purchased it. It's been a challenging but rewarding process, bringing it back to life. There are still a few little projects to get to but for the most part, it's a cozy old home filled with character.
