The location was perfect, just a short walk to Nottingham city center, which made exploring the area so convenient. Joe was incredibly friendly and always ready to help whenever we needed anything. What a lovely flat. It has been done out really well, and it was lovely sitting outside on the sofas in the morning April sun. The dawn chorus was a joy to wake up to. The flat was well-equipped with pretty much everything we needed, including washer and dryer. Clearly thought had gone into setting it up. The area, Lady Bay, is lovely, friendly and a bit quirky (we have lived there for 25 years and were returning from some years overseas). Close to the river, fields and great places to walk. With cafes, pubs and local shops. Asta’s place is a great place for a few nights night’s stay in this beautiful part of Nottingham.

I found the apartment more than I expected, very nice place to stay. Dominic was a very good host, very friendly and helpful, I would definitely stay there again, good value for money

L'host è stato sempre gentilissima e disponibile, rispondendo rapidamente a tutte le nostre domande e facendo in modo che il nostro soggiorno fosse il più confortevole possibile. L'appartamento è veramente carino, pulito e ben arredato, con un tocco moderno che si nota in ogni dettaglio, dato che è stato recentemente ristrutturato. La posizione è davvero ottima: in una zona vicina a tutte le principali attrazioni turistiche e ai trasporti pubblici, il che lo rende ideale per esplorare la città. Un'esperienza davvero positiva, torneremo sicuramente!

As always another great apartment with Steve. We have stayed a few times in one of his other properties and have always had the best of times.Big tv, comfy big bed, great efficient heating if needed and piping hot water. Very individual, well thought out with everything you need, whether staying in or going out. Castle Donnington is a fantastic location, amazing village with so much to do from shopping for quirky gifts, massage, hair cut or eating and drinking. We have explored them all and loved it. We ate this time at Orissa, an incredible Indian, 5 minutes walk away. Donnington race track is a few minutes drive away. We always feel right at home. The on street parking is always easy.

I can’t praise this place enough, it was so homely. The kitchen had everything you need and more, top spec. All the beds are very comfortable. The sofa was very cosy and spacious. The garden was a highlight, lovely and quiet with lots of space to relax. The overall location was nice and quiet at night. Lynsey & Matt are friendly, accommodating and responsive. I would 100% stay here again 🤗 Thank you

Lovely little grade 2 listed cottage in really peaceful surroundings. We visited for the weekend and had a little walk around the area which was nice and so very quiet which is very much appreciated when you're from the suburbs! Very comfy bed, equipped kitchen and nice clean bathroom. Easy to get around too. Charlotte was also really responsive and super helpful which is exactly what you hope for in a host. Thanks for having us.

Elly's house was ideal for us. It's in the corner of a quiet cul-de-sac and is a nice size for a family of four to share. The house is really well looked after and Elly was very generous with food and practical items that she'd provided to help enhance our stay. We used the house as a base to travel to Wheelgate Park and Chatsworth. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone else.

James was a very good and responsive host. Communication, directions etc. were spot on! The house was great. There were 6 of us in total - all adults. We did have a problem with a blocked toilet but James had this fixed quickly. There are 3 toilets in total so not a big problem. One star lost on cleanliness rating. On arrival there were crumbs across the dining table and a tea cup stain which we wiped away. Also, could have done with a towel in the downstairs bathroom. We also only had 1 tea towel which was done very quickly. We borrowed from family. Also, a lack of extra pillows meant we had to borrow cushions from the sofas. All very minor problems. I still felt it was value for money and would certainly book again next time we visit family in Nottingham

The place was ideal for a family Christmas. We were able to spend time all together. Spacious house. Everyone had their own bathroom and bedroom. Great open space. Ideal location in the village. Lee was always responsive . Will recommend the place . Thank you

With such a short notice Kiran responded to our request quickly. Information on given how to get there, sat nav will not take you direct to the property, and what was available in the local area was very useful. The accommodation was as described and extremely well presented. The whole flat was spotless and the kitchen was well equipped. Matlock Bath and the area has lots to offer, to stay here with a beautiful view from the window is worth while. I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you Kiran.

Leah's place was a great option for an event at the Ice Arena. It's so central, close to many bars and restaurants. The arena was right across the road! I've stayed in many air b and bs and I have to say the beds were among the comfiest! The apartment was clean, had a huge terrace outside and despite the location was very quiet! Leah was incredibly responsive any time I had to message. We're already planning to return, highly recommended.

Fantastic annex property just a few minutes walk from Southwell Minster in a very peaceful residential area. Property was spotless and benefited from the owners beautiful gardens both front and back together with off-road parking. Even though only there for two nights we were provided with a very generous welcome pack (milk, eggs, butter, marmalade, bread and beer) which was an unexpected treat.

What a great find. Perfect location for peaceful walks with my Dalmatian Daisy. The accommodation is finished to a very high standard with plenty of room and felt secure and safe. Most important to me was that it was dog friendly and it really was. Daisy had her own secure area to play in and this is just so helpful. Hosts are friendly and the info provided to help you to find the place is excellent, also lots of info in the accommodation about the local area. Would definitely recommend and also would love to stay again for a longer break.

without doubt our favourite Airbnb stay ever! stunning decor, spotlessly clean, homely and beautifully kitted out with everything you'll need. super comfortable bed and lovely bedding so much to see and do in the area

In a perfect spot right in the centre of Nottingham, walkable to bars, restaurants, Motorpoint, Nottingham castle etc. great to have the outside terrace to chill out in. Will book again if needed.

we loved everything about our stay. the flat was lovely. there were lots of places to visit- National Trust, English Heritage, Southwell Minster, Kingsmill reservoir and Morrisons just 5 mins walk away. - they do a lovely breakfast! We've booked to come.e back for a week after Christmas!

Very friendly and responsive host, easy to access and nice comfortable location. A slightly long walk from town centre which we didn’t fully realise but it’s nothing a quick 5 minute taxi journey can’t solve :)!
