Welcome to my delightful guest house in the grounds of my home. Benefitting from its own private access, the living space is modern and open plan. There’s the convenience of a separate utility room including a washing machine. The master is a double, the second bedroom has bunk beds. There’s a powerful shower in the bathroom. Parking on the large driveway, and access to a patio space just outside of the living/dining area. as well as a pod point for electric vehicles, for an additional fee.

Charming self-contained lodge set in a countryside location, minutes from the historical market town Southwell. The Lodge has plenty of character with a large main living area with log burner as well as a courtyard for alfresco dining. Based in the beautiful village of Brinkley with ample country walks right on your doorstep and a variety of lovely pubs nearby. The White House Garden Cottage

A stand-alone, single level contemporary property in a garden setting built in 2016. Located in a peaceful rural area, 6 miles north of Derby or 12 miles to the west of Nottingham, the property is ideal for two people however it can accommodate up to four sleeping. It benefits from a large off road parking area for multiple vehicles if you and your party are travelling separately. Large enough to accommodate a motor home or caravan should this option be required.
