I can only echo all the positive comments from previous reviewers. Wendy was a delightful host, friendly and conscious of my needs but not intrusive. We had some lovely conversations. The bedroom was quiet, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. I had my own bathroom; again spotless. There was good choice for breakfast and all was freshly and beautifully cooked - perfect eggs! Many thanks Wendy. I will look forward to a return visit at some point.

Flawless. It's very rare to find something that feels as good as Hannah's place, but it achieved it. We felt instantly comfortable/at home, it had things available I'd never even considered before, and it didn't feel like a typical Airbnb. Would love the opportunity to stay here again.

Our group had an amazing time at this accomodation. All the rooms are very spacious. The little additional touches Fin provided with the little gifts, kitchen products etc. Location wise the place was perfect, close enough to shops to pick up some basics, close to bus routes and only a short taxi in and out of town. Thankfully the weather was really nice also which meant we were able to spend sometime outside in the very spacious garden. Fin was also very responsive on the chat function both prior and during the booking. Thanks is again Fin for letting us stay and should we ever be back in Nottingham we will be sure to rebook..

An ideal place to stay with cheap transportation into the centre. Hosts were great and communication and friendly. Would definitely recommend this place. Beds were comfy and the place was clean

Absolutely loved our stay in Nottingham. The house is in such a central location, about a 5 minute walk from the arena. Scott is an excellent host and came straight back to me when I had any questions. We will definitely stay again if our plans take us to Nottingham xxx

This is a delightful place to stay. The room is spacious, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the location is convenient. It has 2 large comfortable chairs, a large couch, and a nice double bed. Andrew took care to stock the kitchen with milk, fruit, bread, jam, and an array of spices, condiments, and other convenience items. There is a microwave, a fridge, a toaster, kettle, etc. I couldn't think of anything the kitchen needed. It is ideal for someone needing to be at the University of Nottingham for a period of time, since it is about a 15 minute walk to the entrance. Woolaton park is also only 10 minutes away, and getting on to a bus route to other locations is also close by. There is a "Dairy Box" convenience store next door to the location, which is excellent for getting breakfast foods, dinners, and most convenience items. The television and internet both work at a top-notch level. Overall, this is one of the nicest and most convenient Airbnb's I have ever stayed in.

Really good value for money, we visit Nottingham a lot, so will definitely come back here!! Nice quiet location in The Park, but so walkable and close to everything. Really nice yoga studio next door that I was able to use for a quick workout- thank you! The most comfortable bed too!

The Appartment is near the City Centre (4 min Walk) and the next Food Store is just 1 min Walking Distance, on the Street are a couple of Restaurants and Takeaways so thats great. The Appartment was nice and clean only the Bed Sofa was a little unconfortable, but I didin`t die, for a couple of Days it`s totally fine (I`m used to a King Size Boxspring Bed here in Switzerland) The Master Double Bed was great and the Bathroom upstairs is really Big and nice. We had our own Parking Space what is great. The Renzo Team was ever so supportiv and helpful, great Service. We are going to come back for sure next Time if the Appartment free. Perfect for what we need, as we attended a wedding locally. Steve was very helpful in the run up, and accommodated us arriving early to get ready for the Wedding. Nice set up, and plenty of tea / coffee / Breakfast items and juice. Exactly as described in his listing, and we felt straight at home. The bed and linens were comfortable and luxurious. Thanks Steve, a great Airbnb host.

This Airbnb is one of the best we have ever stayed in! Full of comfort and great attention to detail. Louise was super friendly and helpful. On arrival, we were greeted with a warm welcome, and offered tea and chocolate brownies in front of a roaring fire. Breakfast was tasty and varied. If we could give this place 10 stars, we would! We will be back! x

This cottage is a little gem! You can really see the owner’s dedication to creating a comfortable and pleasant experience for her Airbnb guests. It’s clean, well-organized, and breakfast is provided. Everything you might need is there—from the microwave to the kettle, and even an iron. The beds are comfortable, and everything is spotless! The little sitting room is lovely, as is the outdoor space. We only stayed one night, as it was on our way back from a trip to Scotland, but we really enjoyed the food at the nearby gastropub and visiting Sherwood Forest—an epic experience for our child, who’s a big Robin Hood fan. Thank you, Clare—we’ll definitely be back!

This was such a beautiful place to stay with stunning surroundings and a luxurious room. The hosts were incredible, going above and beyond in every way. From the homemade cake and flapjack in the bedroom, to the 3 course breakfast full of homemade treats- everything was perfect! And to top it all off Kelly made such an effort to bake and provide gluten free options too. Thank you David and Kelly for such a wonderful getaway. X

Charlotte is a wonderful host, that will go the extra 10 miles for you 😀. Friendly, lovely and wecoming, the perfect Air BNBer . We could not have asked for more.
