Fantastic house that can cater for large families and we had a fabulous time. The house is in a beautiful setting with several walks including a 10min walk across field pathways to the nearest pub (which does great food). Loads of room in the house and the kids loved the hot tub! We had a great weeks stay for my mothers 80th and nothing was to much trouble. Thanks so much Sally!

We’ve just got back from a long weekend away at the Firs for my bestfriend’s hen do! It was amazing. The house was stunning, completely spotless, and well decorated! It looked even better than the photos when we arrived! Every thing you could need and more in the kitchen (dining stuff/glassware/utensils). There were fresh flowers in a vase on the table when we arrived! Spoke with Andy whilst staying there due to us needing to move some cars around (our mistake) and it was no problem at all, Andy was super friendly and helpful. Bedrooms/bathrooms all clean, along with hot tub and outdoor seating areas! Would recommend it to anyone. And not too far at all from Lincoln! It was perfect and we couldn’t have wished for better! We would love to come back at some point! Also, the new extension was stunning too! Well done and Thank you Andrew! :)

We can not applaud The Redbarn enough, it exceeded our expectations, it had everything we needed and more! The hosts' attention to detail was exceptional and very much appreciated. Both Ginny and Adrian were very approachable, helpful and friendly. We had a very comfortable and fun time celebrating my daughter's forthcoming wedding in the Redbarn, it was just a shame we couldn't stay any longer! I would highly recommend this lovely place and will definitely be returning. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

We stayed in the Manor for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day with our relations from Australia. We had a fantastic stay! The rooms were a perfect size and could fit us all in for games and entertaining ourselves, the kitchen was fully stocked with all the crockery and glassware we needed, the children loved the games room and the hot tub and the house was beautifully adorned with Christmas decorations. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this characterful house.

We didn’t want to leave!! It was a beautiful home with great facilities for the whole family. Hot tub was a massive hit. Great to have 2 bedrooms with en-suites. There is enough room for all of the family to relax and enjoy time together. Lots of lovely walks nearby and places to visit. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to book. Lovely welcome basket as well!

Lovely lodge in serene setting - very very quiet on single track road. Cycle paths very close. Sherwood pines centre close. Great stay with two grandchildren and family called in.

If you are looking for a weekend away with lads it’s perfect place .. Host is very responsive

The cottage was amazing as well as the hot tub!! They provided towels, and body wash which was great! They also provided coffee and tea facilities, with an added brucey bonus of a bottle of wine. Which was a great touch. We would definitely recommend 👌

Fantastic host with beautiful dogs that follow you all the way to a beautiful lodge, very attentive and friendly. The place was spotless but could use a bigger fridge was our only comment.

We loved every minute - from cozy evenings by the fire to quiet mornings soaking in the beautiful surroundings. We left feeling relaxed and refreshed. If you’re looking for the perfect place to unwind, recharge, and enjoy some proper peace and quiet, we couldn’t recommend Melissa’s place highly enough.
