Residence Jakov offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in Stara Novalja. This appartment is best option for family who like to spend their time outside because it has big beautiful private yard with grill, sink, deck chairs and furniture for dining with chairs and bench. The beach is literally few stairs from the yard. Every guest said it is really priceless and we agree (see photos)! :)

Predivna kamena villa okružena je prostranom okućnicom u mediteranskim stilu i uređena s puno pažnje. Apartman I proteže se kroz cijeli 1. kat, sadrži predivnu prostranu terasu, te nudi nesvakidašnji doživljaj odmora uz spektakularan panoramski pogled na more koji ostavlja bez daha. Blizina mora, svjež povjetarac i zvuk valova čine ovu terasu jedinstvenom oazom za odmor i opuštanje.

Unsere Ferienwohnung Sunset-Oase befindet sich in dem kleinen Örtchen Prizna an der Kvarner Bucht. Die Wohnung liegt in Erster Linie am Adriatischen Meer. Die Lagune ist direkt über einen eigenen Treppenzugang erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung wurde in 2017 neugebaut und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die 15 m² große Terrasse  bietet einen romantischen Sonnenuntergang. Sie ist mit Sonnenliegen, Stühlen und Terrassentisch ausgestattet. Die Inseln PAK (3 km) und RAB (15 km) können schnell erreich werden.

Położony jest w miejscowości Novalja, 2 minuty od plaży i oferuje bezpłatne Wi-Fi, klimatyzację, sezonowy odkryty basen oraz ogród. W apartamencie jest salon z telewizorem z płaskim ekranem i konsolą do gier 5S5 wraz z grami, kuchnia z pełnym wyposażeniem i zmywarką. W każdej sypialni jest telewizor. Do dyspozycji gości są leżaki i deska do pływania SUP.

U spavaćoj sobi je bračni krevet za dvije osobe a u dnevnoj sobi je trosjed koji se razvuče u ležaj za dvije osobe. Udaljen je od plaže i autobusne stanice za Zrće oko 200 m. Do centra 750 m.
