The apartment is nice and very spacious with everything you need and the community pool it’s lovely! It does get very hot without AC but the fans did help.

Posizione perfetta, in una via tranquilla a solo 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Portu Frailis. La casa è graziosa, ristrutturata, pulita ed equipaggiata con tutto il necessario. Inoltre, essendo un appartamento seminterrato la casa era sempre fresca durante il giorno, senza bisogno di accende l'aria condizionata. Riccardo è stato un host molto disponibile, fornendo info e consigli sin da prima del nostro arrivo. Consigliato!

We really enjoyed our stay at Giorgio’s place! The view from the balcony is amazing. Also he gave us some nice recommendation what to do. We would definitely come back some time.

We felt right at home at Danilo’s. He’s a great host that is always very responsive and there to help with local tips and advice. Furthermore, he accommodated us on a few special requests we had during our stay. Also, he brought us a brand new coffee machine during our stay :) His place is very clean and has nice rooms including a well stocked kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and parking is extremely easy right in front of the house. We can only recommend Danilo!!

Wir haben sehr schöne Urlaubstage in Tamaras Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und vermittelt eine entspannte, angenehme Atmosphäre. Die Lage im Ort ist perfekt und die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin hervorragend. Noch einmal vielen Dank für die hierdurch sehr gelungenen Urlaubstage.

Wir waren in der Vorsaison in der Unterkunft von Andrea. Die Unterkunft ist gepflegt und sauber. Vom Bett aus konnten wir das Meer sehen. Andrea hat uns immer wieder mit Seightseeingtips versorgt. Der Kontakt zu ihm war sehr unkompliziert und verbindlich. Sehr zu empfehlen.

We had a wonderful stay in Cala Gonone. Ioana was extremely helpful and hospitable and maintained excellent communication with us throughout. She gave us many helpful suggestions for things to do in the area and was very welcoming. The apartment was clean, beautiful and had everything we needed. We especially loved the outside terrace and spent a lot of time eating meals on the terrace and enjoying the views. The location was within short walking distance to the city centre and multiple supermarkets which was very convenient. The neighbourhood within which this apartment is located is very peaceful and quiet. Overall we had an excellent stay and would highly recommend staying here!

Gli Hosts , Giovanni prima con le sue indicazioni e Antonella durante il check-in e il soggiorno, sono molto disponibili e gentili. Forniscono molto di più di quanto richiesto (dolcetti, mirto, passeggino, indicazioni utili) e si vede che hanno a cuore gli ospiti. La casa è aderente alle foto. Punti di forza: grande, con ampio giardino con barbecue dove pranzare e cenare, posizione comoda sia per spiaggia che per città/servizi, tranquilla e silenziosa. E' anche fresca nonostante non ci siano i condizionatori. Aree di miglioramento: non è super accessoriata o moderna, ma è comunque in linea con le aspettativa e super adeguata al prezzo chiesto. Lo specifico solo per settare le aspettative. In definitiva raccomando questa soluzione soprattutto per chi come noi viaggia con i bimbi. La spiaggia vicina è bella, ma noi siamo andati spesso anche in altre perchè il mare scendeva un po' troppo profondamente per i nostri piccoli (ma forse è colpa delle maree del periodo). C'è da dire che lì vicino c'è un ristorante "Stella Marina" davvero ottimo.

Great place to stay if you’re spending time in Cala Gonone. Five minutes walk to a beach, close to a grocery store, and twenty minute walk to grab a boat to visit all the beaches in the Gulf of Orosei.

L’apprtamento è a cinque minuti dalla spiaggia di S.Giovanni, paesino piccolo e tranquillo, ideale come base per esplorare le spiagge da S.Teodoro al golfo di Orosei. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, l’appartamento è semplice, pulito, funzionale e con tutti i comfort per una bella settimana di mare. Posto auto nel cortile (ma anche tanto spazio sulla strada). Massimo è stato molto disponibile per check in e consigli sulla zona.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in der Unterkunft! Claudia hat uns überaus herzlich empfangen und war jederzeit erreichbar wenn wir Fragen hatten. Auch Tipps für Strände Supemärkte und Restaurants waren top. Die Unterkunft war genau wie auf den Fotos. Vor allem die wunderschöne Terrasse war unser Highlight. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet was man fürs Kochen benötigt. Sogar die Grundvorräte zum kochen wie Olivenöl, Gewürze und Kaffee waren vorhanden. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Internet und der Fernseher funktionierten einwandfrei. Auch ein Sonnenschirm für den Strand war vorhanden. Unser Fazit: Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! I stayed at the apparentment for two weeks and loved it. Its location is great, it has all the amenities you need, is modern, clean and comes with a nice veranda. The hosts were always available, helpful, flexible and very friendly. I can fully recommend it, and if I end up coming back to Sardinia, I'd absolutely consider staying here again.

La Orange House è molto accogliente, silenziosa, pulitissima. Bellissimo mobilio, divano e letti comodissimi, zanzariere e condizionatori, tutto quello che serve per essere a proprio agio. L'alloggio era pulito, le spugne morbide e profumate, la biancheria impeccabile. Pentole e stoviglie nuove. La zona è calmissima è c'è un bello spazio esterno nella veranda dove si può pranzare e cenare. La zona è molto comoda per ogni spostamento, di notte c'è una calma meravigliosa. Consiglio la Orange House e torneremo sicuramente!

Een mooi verblijf. Wij verbleven er 1 nacht omdat we een vroege vlucht hadden vanaf Olbia. Slechts een kwartiertje rijden. Ideaal. Communicatie was prima.

Hemos estado muy contentos y cómodos en el apartamento. Una casa preciosa, buena decoración y muy limpia. La anfitriona nos escribió y estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros en todo momento. Respuestas rápidas y precisas. Definitivamente recomendamos de corazón este cálido apartamento!!

Olbia è una cittadina molto carina e tranquilla, dal quale è facile raggiungere attrazioni e le offerte di intrattenimento non mancano. La descrizione dell'alloggio è accurata, tutto molto ordinato e pulito. Chrystelle è molto gentile, rapida e proattiva nel risolvere piccoli problemi iniziali. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e ritorneremo sicuramente in visita.

Nous avons séjourné du 8 au 15 avril. Andrea et sa famille sont très accueillants, chaleureux, souriants, généreux, réactifs, disponibles bref des hôtes comme tout le monde rêve de rencontrer. Nous avons eu le plaisir de rentrer dans un logement impeccable, jolie décoration, draps et une multitude de serviettes qui sentaient vraiment bons 😊, produits d'hygiène offerts par les hôtes. L'extérieur est très chaleureux, dans une ambiance cocooning et un magnifique jaccuzi. Pour les personnes qui ont une voiture, possibilité de se garer dans la rue ( qui est très calme) Le logement est à proximité de nombreux endroits touristiques + commerces Si vous cherchez un logement à Olbia, allez chez Andrea et sa famille, vous ne serez pas déçu ! A recommander à 💯% Au plaisir

Absolutely loved our stay here! The place is just as beautiful as the photos—spotlessly clean, bright, and tastefully decorated. It matched the description perfectly and felt like a peaceful retreat after long days of exploring the coast. The location was great for getting around Cala Gonone, and the views were a bonus. Matteo was incredibly friendly and welcoming, offering helpful tips and making sure we had everything we needed throughout the stay. Would definitely come back and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

The host lives near by with her family. They were responsive and very nice. The place was clean with an artistic flair. Bari Sardo is not a fancy place. We were not sure it was the right location for us. But after a couple of days we realized it had its charm. It is very authentic and the people are genuine. We celebrated Easter there and felt fortunate to share the event with the locals. Something we won’t forget. Great stay.

Nous sommes arrivés un peu tard vers 22h, Patrizia et son mari ont été très accueillants, ils nous ont même proposé de nous emmener dans un restaurant car nous n’avions pas dîné vraiment très gentil de leur part. L’appartement était très propre, rien à dire. Je vous le recommande .

L'appartamento è molto confortevole, spazioso, pulito dotato di ottimi servizi. È evidente che è stato rinnovato da poco e con scelte apprezzabili. È particolarmente silenzioso, al centro del paese e vicino alle strade che portano ai luoghi naturali fantastici. L'host è molto disponibile.

Wir haben vier Nächte in der wunderschönen Unterkunft in Baunei verbracht, es war durch und durch perfekt. Alles war sehr hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet und gestaltet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ins Tal war einzigartig.

We spent a week at Giuseppe’s place over Easter break. He greeted us to let us in and show the features and workings of the property. We thought the location was perfect and the kids loved the hot tub. 10-15 min walk to restaurants, groceries, and a few shops. Giuseppe was very responsive when we had several questions via messaging. The bathroom was newly renovated and the place has an updated feel while still maintaining the look of a nice Italian villa. The property was well equipped with basics plus some extras like some beach chairs, mats, toys, etc. The outdoor shower with hot water was very useful. We strongly recommend this place!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Unterkunft war sauber und modern und die Ausstattung war top. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr ruhig und gepflegt. Der Außenbereich mit dem Whirlpool war riesig. Super freundliches Personal, die auf alle Wünsche eingehen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
