The apartment was clean, check in was quick, everything went well. Location was great and everything went well. Communication was also very easy and the hosts provided us with everything we needed. I highly recommend this place!

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, jedoch nur wenige Gehminuten von einer U-Bahn- und Bushaltestelle entfernt. Auch eine Billa-Filiale sowie mehrere Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe. Das Apartment ist modern eingerichtet, gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail dekoriert. Es bietet zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zum Entspannen – ob im Sessel, auf dem Sofa oder draußen auf der Terrasse. Auf der Terrasse laden eine Hollywood-Schaukel, ein Grill und stimmungsvolle Beleuchtung zum Verweilen ein. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich vorbereitet. Kornelie hat uns sogar eine Vase mit frischen Tulpen hingestellt – eine schöne Geste, die den ohnehin schon einladenden Aufenthalt noch besser gemacht hat. Die Küche ist großzügig geschnitten und bestens ausgestattet – sehr gut zum Kochen. Das Highlight für unsere größeren Kinder nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt war der riesige Fernseher mit vielen Streaming-Möglichkeiten. Kornelie ist äußerst freundlich, und hilfsbereit.

We stayed at this place for 1 month with 2 middle size dogs. Everything was perfect - central location 10 min away from big park to walk dogs, cafes, bars and grocery shopping. Very comfortable apartment with great view. We felt like at home, thanks for hosting

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Jurij. Il a été réactif lorsqu'il nous manquait des choses ou que nous avions des questions et s'est toujours rendu disponible. Le logement est facilement accessible avec les bus 145 ou 152 depuis l'arrêt de métro/tram Kobylisy (métro C notamment). Le logement se trouve entre les arrêts Libenska et Cimice. D'ailleurs, du côté de l'arrêt Cimice, vous trouverez une petite superette ouverte de 6h à 23h ainsi qu'un ATM et une pharmacie. Pas loin il y a un Albert où vous pourrez faire vos courses jusqu'à 21h et pas loin de l'arrêt Repinska (avec le bus 152) vous aurez un Lidl. Si vous avez des enfants et que vous voulez allez au zoo ce sera également facile d'accès en prenant le bus 235 pas loin (arrêt Repinska). Le logement est situé dans un quartier calme et sécure. Il est très bien équipé y compris d'un grill intérieur très pratique pour faire cuire viande ou légumes rapidement pendant qu'on grignote des cacahuètes !

wir waren von der Unterkunft absolut begeistert. Alles, was Ema beschrieben hatte, war auch so vorhanden und nutzbar. die Betten waren bequem, die Küche gut . Sogar einen Grill gab es, den wir ausgiebig nutzen konnten. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Der Garten war genial für uns und die Kids. Viel Raum zum Spielen und entspannen. Sowohl im Ort selbst als auch im naheliegenden Prag kann man zahlreiche Unternehmungen machen. Ein Auto halte ich allerdings schon für angebracht um zur P+R Station zu gelangen.

Il soggiorno in questo B&B a Praga è stato semplicemente perfetto. L’alloggio è strutturato benissimo, curato nei dettagli, pulito e molto accogliente. La posizione è ottima: si trova vicino alle fermate dei tram 1 e 2, comodissimi per visitare la città e raggiungere facilmente le principali attrazioni, senza stress. Un grande grazie all’host, davvero gentile e sempre disponibile: ci ha fatto sentire come a casa fin dal primo momento, fornendoci anche ottimi consigli su cosa visitare e dove mangiare. Consiglio vivamente questo posto a chiunque voglia godersi Praga in un ambiente confortevole, ben collegato e con un’ospitalità impeccabile. Torneremo sicuramente!

Vaclav a été bien arrangeant sur notre arrivée, et comunicatif 🙏. Logement ne manquant de rien, voir même plus, bien placé sur Prague. Quarter calme. Le logement est à 5 minutes à pieds de l'arrêt de bus 137, qui amène en 10 minutes au centre ville, c est top. Merci pour votre accueil.

Super schönes, ruhig gelegenes Haus, mit einer top Anbindung an die Praguer Altstadt. Julia ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Great quiet location, lots of greenery around and on the terrace. Gas grill, sauna, pool and jacuzzi made our family vacation relaxing. Expectations were completely in line with reality. I would come back here again.

Schöne, zentrale Wohnung mitten in Prag, 5 min von Bahnhof entfernt. Wir waren zu sechst, aber es hätten noch mindestens 4 Leute Platz gehabt. Für unseren Kurztrip die perfekte Unterkunft.

Mohu ubytování a Michala jenom pochválit. Vše bylo v naprosté pořádku. Hostitel nás přivítal, vše vysvětlil a dal tipy, kam zajít na jídlo, jak se dostat do centra atd. Vřele toto ubytování doporučuji.

great stay! parking free. comfy beds. clean linens and towels. table in main room and mini fridge. only thing was quiet hours listed as 8am and kid toy area not open until 9. anyone with kids understands it can be hard to not use this area before this time as we get ready for the day, or while getting breakfast going being next to kitchen. But I'm so thankful there is a kid area! I'm glad we saw that kitchen is on a different floor and you need a key and lock to access it. With kids this isn't the best when you need snacks, but it works. otherwise we had a fantastic stay! We walked downtown for breakfast or train/bussed into Prague. Walking is good. The price point was right on for us. Next time I think we'll try for two families staying in the upper apartment. there's enough space and enough beds. Great stay! Velice milá paní hostitelka, ubytování se nachází nedaleko od stanice metra. Ubytování bylo čisté a hezky uklizené.

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich toll. Prag ist eine tolle Stadt und die Unterkunft war sehr ansprechend. Die Einrichtung, besonders das Schlafsofa, und der Boden sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber nichts weshalb die Wohnung nicht gut zu bewerten wäre. Die Umgebung ist wirklich schön und sicher. Wir konnten direkt vorm Haus Park und haben dann für unsere Unternehmungen die Straßenbahn genommen, die auch direkt vorm Haus abfährt 👍🏾 wir haben Josef zwar nicht persönlich getroffen (muss auch nicht sein), aber die Kommunikation über den Chat war sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Alles in Allem eine wirklich gelungene Städtereise mit Kindern … sehr empfehlenswert…

Appartamento molto spazioso e affascinante. La posizione non è centralissima ma la zona è molto elegante e ben servita.

S manželkou jsme se ubytovali na víkend a využili nedaleké podniky, ale i blízkost MHD a snadné cesty jinam po městě. Ubytování bylo příjemné bez nejmenších problémů. Velmi příjemné bylo i podlahové topení v koupelně!

Moc pěkné ubytování v klidné lokalitě i přesto, že jste stále v Praze, a to jen pár kroků od autobusové zástavky a lesem za zády. Veškerý komfort, který potřebujete jak pro práci, tak odpočinek. Pro odpočinek nebo pro domácí mazlíčky může člověk využít krásnou před zahrádku. Velmi vstřícní majitelé a skvělá komunikace. Byla jsem moc spokojena a ráda toto ubytování doporučím dál a ráda se vrátím.

Naprosto paradni ubytovani, pokud jako my potrebujete byt v blizkosti 02 areny. Hlavne pokud jedete tri kolegove a potrebujete kazdy svuj pokoj a soukromi. Vsechno dokonaly. Naprosto doporucuju vsem. Jeste jednou moc dekuji.
