Great place. It was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. The caretaker, Kailash, was also very polite and helpful. The only downside is that it’s in a gated society and the neighbours complain about the smallest of noise. There was a complaint about people talking laughing in the swimming pool even though it was during daytime, not that loud and there was no music or anything of the sort. The place itself, however, is great and well worth it. Maybe if you’re going with a smaller group (we were 9 people), you won’t have issues with noise complaints either.

The villa is really beautiful with easy access to the beach. The rooms are spacious and very well maintained. Swimming pool is ideal for a 8 people group. The gazebo near the pool was awesome. The cook/caretaker Sanu was really awesome. He cooked as per our instructions. He was always at our service and ready to help. We really had a great time enjoying the food and his service. The only issue is the approach road for this villa is narrow and ideal for small cars. But that is something that we have to live with , if you want to enjoy at this beautiful location. Overall a great place to spend time and relaxing with a small group of family/friends.

Charles was an amazing host who had the perfect team to co ordinate our arrival and things we need at the villa . Bishnu the house keeper was super friendly and most loving to host us and keep us well fed. The entire villa was sooooo beautiful, serene and very clean . The old Portuguese villa had amazing 4 bedrooms that was well equipped with all amenities . The pool and the sit out was the highlight of the stay I wish we could have stayed longer . But for sure we ll come back as a bigger group to chill in the house .

Had a great family time with our dogs at the villa. The location is great, with both beaches and popular spots within a 30 min radius. Manoj and his team were prompt and very helpful - they did a brilliant job cleaning up everyday to make us feel right at home

The place is as beautiful as it looks in the pictures! The interiors are cozy and make you feel right at home. What we found worth our money: - The hosts are super responsive and proactive. They're always available to sort out your queries/issues. - The property is very well-maintained. - The cleaning intervals are frequent. - The property has most things (actually, everything) you'd need in the kitchen, and otherwise. - Property location is pretty much at a centre-point from most popular locations. - It's a little remote which, at least to us, was great. What we felt could've been better: - Since cellular network is a little hard to come by (not entirely unavailable), the WiFi network could be better. - The bathrooms could be better cleaned (this is a recurring review for the property). - The caretaker, as highly responsive as he is just like the hosts, can sometimes tend to remain busy on other call while you're trying to reach him. (Is really not that big a problem though).

Well maintained place . A great and responsive host . Worthy of every penny spent . Thank you for the hospitality and warmth . Will come back for more soon

We had an amazing stay at Sohail's place! The decor and interior design were absolutely beautiful—every corner of the house felt thoughtfully styled and welcoming. The private pool was definitely a highlight and such a relaxing addition to our trip. Plus, the location is fantastic—less than a 5-minute walk to the beach! One suggestion would be to consider adding a washing machine for added convenience, especially for longer stays. We did request an early check-in, but unfortunately, it seemed like there was a communication gap. When we visited the property, we found that the previous guests had already checked out early and the place was ready, but we hadn't been informed or accommodated at that time. It would’ve been great if more effort had been made on that front. That said, everything else was wonderful and we truly enjoyed our time there. Would definitely recommend it for a relaxing getaway!

Good place to stay, peaceful surroundings, very well maintained private swimming pool which we enjoyed thoroughly. Special mention of Aarushi, she was always there for us to sort things out.

The property is located in good scenery and peaceful environment. It's a good place to escape from your busy schedule, Highly recommended. William was a good host, always available and helpful in all the situations and he helped us to get cab, bike contacts. Daily cleaning services were provided. Even bargained for cab charges. The cab driver was good. Pros of property Power backup, OTT platforms like Prime, Netflix, hotstar, etc.

Indrajit’s place is what it is described in the listing. I stayed here along with my spouse and infant. Clean and tidy with all the amenities mentioned. Great pool which is frequently checked for ph and cleanliness. Very responsive and helpful host as well as care taker. We stayed here for 3 days and it was great. The location is also great as it is just walkable distance from the beaches as well as great restaurants like Vishal’s Goan food, Fisherman’s clove, etc. Overall it was a 5/5 experience.

Over our comfortable stay of 2 weeks at Sol Banyan we had such a great time. All thanks to the caring host Mrs. Chopra and the caretaker of the house, Rajnikant. Hygiene was maintained at all times as the cleaners came by daily. The apartment was also decorated in a lively manner adding to its beauty.

Shreeya’s place was just perfect. The location is very good and she was very helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a comfortable stay in north goa.

it was a home away from home.. my first visit to north goa made so wonderful and memorable bcz of tanya's place. calm peaceful location yet near and walkable distance to everything. clean swimming pool was USP as my daughter enjoyed it thoroughly. good invertor backup. lift available. good parking space. maid comes everyday for cleaning. Fridge, washing machine, T.V. fans, AC are really working great. there are no Cons for the this flat..

Maria is a great host. She ensure everything which make our stay comfortable. Her house can be considered as second home..i.e a home away from home.

It was an amazing stay. We stayed for 7 days, and the stay was really comfortable. There are few shops nearby so you can get basic stuff you want from there. Also, no problem ordering food and stuff through online apps. It felt as if we were at home. The host herself is great. She responses to your msgs on time and always helpful if you need anything. Great stay. I would definately book it again if i visit goa again. Thank you so much for a great week stay.
