Tolmie Park, boasting one of the best sunsets you'll see, hiking trails and panoramic ocean and city views. Close to groceries, restaurants, Hillside Mall and major bus routes. Our two bedroom suite is super comfortable. Great beds and linens. Full kitchen and full bath. The living room is fully equipped with really comfy furniture, WiFi and fireplace. We can accommodate as many as four guests. Our location is close to great beaches, shopping and UVIC is right across the street. Downtown is a fifteen minute drive and UVIC offers bus service everywhere. Cadboro Bay is a wonderful neighborhood, one of Victoria’s finest. It is terrific.

Additional note: this is a downstairs suite in our home, so you may hear footsteps of us living in the main floor portion of the house.
