Everything about the place was great. Nice hot tub, nice outdoor seating area. Very quiet street and very close walking to public access and beach. The only complaint would be their internet. I had to make this a working vacation and I had to use a hot spot on my tablet in order to do that. The other guests were not able to connect either, but other than that I would highly recommend this place!!!

Gwynne's bungalow was very quaint, and at the perfect location! We were literally just steps away from the beach, and only a short drive to local shops and restaurants! The bungalow had beautiful beach views from the back porch. Our group enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the porch, with ample seating for everyone! Inside the bungalow, it was clean and well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. We enjoyed that there was an outdoor shower to clean off before entering the home. The private parking on premises was a bonus and we really enjoyed the beach at Oak Island for early May! Not over crowded, and the street/location was quiet and in a safe area. Gwynne and her partners communicated very well with check-in/check-out directions and were very responsive during our stay. Check-in and Check-out was so easy! We will definitely be back to the bungalow in the future!

The house has plenty of room for a large family. My son and his family along with myself enjoyed our 3 days relaxing at the house and at the beach. We will definitely use this house again.

Loved, loved. loved our stay!!!!! Shannon was the best host for the best beach cottage!! The location is unbeatable as well as the great decks in the front and back! Beds are comfy and there are tons of beach amenities! I can't want to stay again!!!

Shawn’s place was peaceful Beautiful and very clean . Loved sitting on the Deck looking out at the ocean. The pictures and description of the place were spot on . It’s in walking distance for places to eat or have a drink The beach is directly across the street It’s in a very nice neighborhood Hope to stay again sometime The kitchen is stocked with everything you’d need to cook meals

Shawn and Leah were friendly and gracious hosts who were easy to communicate with! The location so close to the beach was amazing, never had to worry about finding public parking since we could just walk. However the bathroom had a lingering odor from day one and the trashcan didn’t have a liner and we had to remove used sanitary products stuck to the bathroom trash can when we arrived. There were inconveniences such as having a sheet pan to warm up food but no oven mitts to get it out, and having to bring our own bath towels. Overall the experience was enjoyable despite the few set backs.

I stayed at the house for 4 months and it felt like home right away. Sue offered to come by and help me get oriented to the house when I first arrived and I took her up on it. She is very nice and welcoming and was responsive to all my concerns. The main attraction to this house and reason I chose it is Greenfield Park and Lake across the street. It EXCEEDED my expectations and I met lots of lovely people, watched exotic birds and animals including alligators, and was enthralled with the variety of areas in the park that were unique and captivating. As I ventured out to explore the downtown attractions, eateries, concert and theatre venues, I found them easily accessible and wonderfully rich in quality. Beaches are within 30 minutes with traffic and gym, movies all close. The house has a back deck, big yard, and exceeded all expectations !

Vicki was a great host. Very responsive and friendly. The house was a 3 minute walk to the beach and the big fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog. 10/10 would stay again!

Always love staying here. Perfect location and several great restaurants within walking distance. Place is always clean and Pauline is always such a pleasure to rent from. Always 5 Star!!! Highly recommend!!!

The condo was very comfortable and close to everything we wanted to do in NMB- golf, shopping, great restaurants. The hosts Brian and Michael were awesome- very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend their place for your stay.

We had a long weekend getaway and had a great stay here at after dune delight . It was exactly what was described. The location is very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, exploring neighboring towns, and of course the beach. It was very quiet and peaceful and everyone we encountered were super friendly.

Fabulous stay. Wonderful home in pristine condition. Denise and David were very responsive. Best check in starter bag we have ever received. Beautifully stocked kitchen, they thought of everything! Great master closet with nice shelving. The only reason I gave 4 stars for value was we had to bring our own linens and towels since it was earlier in the season. Not a huge deal but for the price, would have been nice. Wouldn’t keep us from staying there again by any means. Would highly recommend this lovely home.

Kolleen herself was very sweet and responsive for everything needed or wanting to know. She was very clear about how to get inside and did an amazing job at making sure her home had everything that would be needed. Her house was soooo very clean. There was nothing anywhere that I could find that was not clean :) I will definitely be staying with her again!! It was seriously like my little home I always wanted!! “But I have to many kids 😂😂”

We enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, up to date, and the host gave clear communication leading up to, during and after our stay. The beach access was an easy walk of about ~150yds and having beach chairs /wagon/umbrella within an abundant storage area was a plus. In the house: The elevator was very helpful with getting luggage and baggage to the 1st and 2nd levels. We have an 8yr old so having master and 2nd bedroom on same level was more like home. One watch out is there isn't bedroom furniture like a dresser or armoire so you have limited place to unpack your clothes (closets are roomy though and have a shelf and lots of hanging space so we managed). Another accessibility watch out is for the roof deck, you have to traverse a spiral staircase for access (elevator only goes to ground/1/2). The roof deck is awesome and we very much enjoyed morning coffee and sunsets there. Neighbor was very friendly and chatted with us several times as we took our dog in the backyard.
