Take a break and unwind at this cozy Beach Bungalow! The Beach Bungalow is decorated with warm tropical colors and hints of a surfing décor. This is the perfect getaway to hang out with family, friends, or just to escape crowds. Follow the sound of the waves gently crashing on the shoreline and within minutes you will soon be dipping your toes in the sand. A private corner lot with easy parking access. Also, the perfect location to hang on the screen porch or relax in the shaded hammock.

Relax peacefully and have fun with the whole family. With the ICW in your back yard you can sit, fish on the longest pier on the island, work(if you must) with availability to charge devices or just relax and have a beverage watching the sun set. Just minutes from the beach, walk or take the golf cart for a day of fun in the sun. After a long day grab some takeout or cook in the fully furnished kitchen and dine on one of the tables outside or inside and watch the boats go by on the waterway.

Hello and thank you for your interest in our present day inspired beach home. A brand new luxe beach house with a wonderful panoramic view of Carolina Beach. Public beach access is only a few steps away and plenty of local attractions in the vicinity. The home has a splendid large rooftop deck and private backyard for outdoor activities. This house boasts a large screened porch with rocking chairs for relaxed lazy days and stargazing summer nights. The beds are comfy and the bathrooms are roomy. The living room boasts a large sectional with a pull-out Queen size bed. TVs are in the living room and in each bedroom. The house is pet friendly and has a fenced-in large back yard for games, grilling and picnics!

Though the bungalow contains one full bathroom you will likely enjoy the oversized outdoor shower under the towering majestic oak tree from which the cottage is named.

Dog friendly, recently renovated 2 bedroom home (~900 sq ft) - on Oak Island. ~ 0.3 mile to beach. Within walking distance to Publix, donut shop, Middleton Park , tennis courts and eateries. Includes large fenced in yard for fun with family and pet(s) along with outdoor shower. TVs (WiFi w/you tube tv) in living room and both bedrooms . No smoking on premises. Come enjoy the dog days of summer (or any season)! (House is on pilings so must be able to climb stairs)
