Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Marlyn. The bed was comfortable, the place was clean and organized and had good amenities. Check-in was very easy and the host is super responsive. The building is peaceful and quite. The location is a bit of a walk from the city centre (10-15 minutes) but it was nice to explore a more residential area of Oaxaca that was less touristy. The room tends to get pretty warm with the windows closed and no fan going, (after returning from a long day it was pretty hot in the room) but cooled down quickly when the windows were opened and fan was on. We loved using the terrace space and there was a small cafe across the street! Although there is plenty of coffee available in the bnb as well! Wifi was reliable and fast. Would definitely stay here again.

Maribels place was clean and tidy. Complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. Just a heads up no ductless A/C just ceiling fans available.

At first glance we almost missed this place then we were pleasantly surprised once the large garage door opened. Condo was spacious and very clean. Loved having breakfast made for us daily. Host was very accommodating and helpful.

This is a wonderful little oasis inside the busy city of Oaxaca. Every inch of the space is professionally styled and lots of thought put into. 2 bedrooms and the kitchen/living area is upstairs. 1 bedroom with it's own really nice bath is a seperate space down the outside spiral steps. The really nice outdoor spaces are on the 2nd floor and are as nice as it looks in pictures. The location is very convinient and is really it's own oasis compound. We found it easy to walk back and forth to centro but if think 20 minutes is too far or are uncomfortable with dark streets cabs are everywhere. The public safety police station and vehicle lot is just around the corner. There is some light street noise/dogs barking but that is everywhere in Mexico and relative to Centro is much much quieter. We would stay here again for sure. The owner lives next door and is very helpful and attentive when requested.

Mariana hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und wir haben uns gleich wie Zuhause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist absolut Klasse und definitiv ihr Geld wert. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und die Wohnung war auch sehr sauber. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen. Leider waren wir nur für eine Nacht dort. Man kann dort aber problemlos auch mehrere Tage verbringen.

Everything regarding the condo was excellent. The view from the living/kitchen area along with the huge deck really made this a wonderful place to stay. We didn't use the air conditioning and let the fans and breeze do the job. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very big and the beds are super comfortable. The couch in the living area was also super comfy and with the fans above, always cool. Communication from bith Connie and Brenda was top notch as well as their desire to make the stay flawless.

I would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay here, whether it be a short or a long term. And Mariana is particularly pleasant and helpful All the staff is well organized and very professional.

Mariana fue buena anfitriona, el Lugar muy cerca del Centro y atractivos de Oaxaca, el departamento con lo básico para una buena estancia, en general muy bien, limpio y ordenado Todo, nos agrado que había clasificación para la basura. Seguro y bonito Todo. Gracias

Sin duda si buscas un alojamiento CÓMODO CÉNTRICO Y CERCANO A TODO MUYYYY MUYYY BONITO , en verdad no busques más esta es la opción. La vista de la piscina es única y hermosa pasamos excelentes noches cenando con esa vista, André es muy atento y servicial sin duda regresaremos y queda totalmente recomendado el alojamiento las recámaras impecables y muy lindas, bueno hasta el baño es precioso jaja, Sin duda regresaremos encantados y ampliamente recomendado.🫧💖
