Lovely home with beautiful yard to enjoy. Home is within a 10-15 minute walk of store and train to Munich.

Very easy and smooth stay. Peaceful and spacious house with everything we needed.. clean and located in a very convenient spot, close to Munich Messe. Grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Small town, but big enough to find everything needed. I would definitely recommend this place especially if you’re in the area for a tradeshow and you have a vehicle.

We had an amazing stay! The space was immaculately clean, and the location was both peaceful and breathtakingly beautiful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here and would absolutely book again in the future!

Katharina has a nice place in a good location and is very responsive. The fact that this seems to be her primary residence makes it a bit difficult at times to know what you can and cannot use, but she was a very reasonable and understanding person when miscommunication occurred.

Wir haben uns sehr Wohlgefühlt. Ein Loft der etwas anderen Art, die Aussicht von der Terrasse war gigantisch. Wir haben die Woche bei Arber sehr genossen. Selbst als wir etwas bemängelt hatten , hat Arber sofort regiert und uns sogar eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit zukommen lassen. Die Kommunikation mit Arber war gigantisch, er hat sich immer schnell gemeldet und ihm war es einfach wichtig das wir uns wohlfühlen. Werden ihn definitiv nochmals besuchen. Danke Arber für den tollen Urlaub.

Sabeeka and her husband made us extremely welcome and helped out enormously by driving us to and from a lakeside restaurant as well as to and from the train station. Even helped out by buying us supplies for breakfast.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage. Haus ist großräumig und gemütlich, hat alles was man brauchen könnte.

Great little place which had everything you needed. Nice and clean and very close (5min) to the station without the rail noise. Very easy to get into Munich only 20mons and trains run very frequently. We had a few unexpected train delays which caused us to get in a few hours later than expected. Andreas wasn't phased by it. It was a nice surprise to have a couple of cold beers in the fridge. Very enjoyable after a long journey.

Wir waren aufgrund eines Messebesuchs in München und suchten daher einen Unterkunft mit der wir einfach mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln pendeln konnten. Wir waren zu viert und jeder hatte seinen Freiraum. Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder auswählen.

Alles bestens geklappt, sehr ruhige Lage und sehr geräumige Wohnung, ideal für Ruhe suchende Menschen.

We came to Munich for Oktoberfest and we could not have been more pleased with our stay at Rainer’s beautiful house. Rainer was there to personally greet us and show us around the property. The home was perfectly clean and the neighborhood was so peaceful. Walkable distance to many things. I would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay and would love to return someday.

Excellent house in a quiet and peaceful location yet a short drive to all the attractions in Munich. The house is extremely well equipped for large groups and families as well. The hosts are proactive and take special attention in making sure guests are comfortable and are having a nice stay. I would highly recommend this airbnb and will gladly visiting them again. Es war ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt bei Nadia! Die Unterkunft war genau so wie beschrieben und die Kommunikation mit Nadia war spitze. Sie war proaktiv, immer erreichbar und für Fragen ansprechbar. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Inge’s home was perfect for our family of two adults and two teenage girls (15 & 18). Beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is fantastic, huge bathroom in the basement, laundry is also in the basement which made it very nice to wash our clothes after a week in Paris before we arrived at Inge’s wonderful home. A five minute walk to the U-Bahn stop was very convenient also. A wonderful Gasthaus is a two minute walk away with great food and prices. We got to the know Francie our waitress each time we visited and she also made our visit very memorable! 15-20 minutes to anywhere downtown or to the BMW museum in Schwabing by car also. Parking your car at Inge’s was easy. Marienplatz is only a few U-Bahn stops away and you can get to many museums by foot from there. We absolutely loved our time there! I had lived in Munich in the 1980’s so I knew my way around and Inge’s home my return very memorable! You will not be disappointed with your stay here!

I had a great time in Pauline's accommodation during my work days in Germany. Pauline is a very kind host; she welcomed me upon arrival, explained the accommodation, and everything was exactly as described. I found order and cleanliness. The kitchen is small, but nothing is missing; the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is new and functional, and a small room to store things. There is also an excellent sofa and a lovely table to work on. Nothing is missing. I also appreciated the possibility of parking the car in the street next to the house. The house is in an excellent position, in 25 minutes you can reach Munich by car, but at the same time, it is a quiet area. I recommend this place, you will be happy. Pauline is also very respectful of privacy.

We had our amazing 3 nights stay and the space is comfortable for 6 people. Well equipped kitchen and walkable distance to train station. Highly Recommended!

My husband and I stayed at this location after the Bauma trade show in Munich. It was a great escape from the busy city and we very much enjoyed the nature of the yard with beautiful flowers and birds. Each morning we enjoyed coffee outside and evening cocktails to finish the day. We did not rent a car and enjoyed our 15 minute walk to the store to purchase groceries. There are several restaurants in the area, we didn't have a single bad meal. Everything was wonderful! This location was a 9 minute walk to the S Bahn which made access to public transportation extremely easy. However, we found ourselves not wanting to leave the area once we got there. We enjoyed walking through the neighborhood and a stroll in the nearby forest. There is a beer garden in the forest where we enjoyed a Dunkle and watching the kids run and play freely. It was a great way to live like the locals for a few days before our travel back to Parkville, Missouri. We hope to return during the next Bauma.

Mark, the son, was ready to answer to any questions and Mark and Barbara were were best that I have ever experienced among airbnb hosts. The place was perfected located in safe, clean neighborhood, very near from the subway station, only 3 minutes walk from the exit. The house is so clean and dirtless. We had enough towels, and many kinds of toiletry. Super kind, perfectly prepared house for guests! We had a great time and we will definetely visit again when we are given a chance to be Munich again!!Thank you for everything! Going back to Korea with good memories in Munchen with Robert and Barbara, and the puppy, Peanut : ) !

Uns hat die Unterkunft super gut gefallen! Das Häuschen ist super stilvoll eingerichtet, wie auf den Bildern zu erkennen! Lage direkt an Bahnschienen und Landstraße hat uns nicht gestört. Man kann München, Tölz oder Garmisch gut erreichen. Die Küche ist wirklich richtig gut ausgestattet mit diversen Utensilien. Unter anderem: Backpapier, Alufolie, Spüli, Gewürze und Zewa - aus Erfahrung kann ich sagen, dass das nicht selbstverständlich ist. Wir hatten ein tolles Reisebett von nuna und einen Stokke Tripp Trapp zur Verfügung. Alles ist super familienfreundlich ausgelegt, auch Spiele stehen zur Verfügung. Ich empfehle die Unterkunft für Paare oder Eltern mit Baby bis 1 Jahr. Mit älteren Kindern für uns persönlich zu klein, da die weitere Schlafmöglichkeit das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer ist.

A really beautiful place perfect for a quiet stay! Lutz and Sophie were super friendly and made us feel right at home - the cuddly cat was also a bonus! Highly recommend!

Very nice, quiet, and comfortable house with a great outdoor space. The kids loved the chickens, bunnys, and the trampoline. Lots of opportunity for kids to play and have fun. Very enjoyable for us grown-ups, too, with nice indoor and outdoor spaces and a decently equipped kitchen. Very friendly and welcoming hosts.
