Absolutely loved our stay at Patrick and Sophia’s house. Perfect for our two little girls, easy access to Munich. Enjoyed the park right across the street, the awesome Biergarten, and the very convenient grocery store. If you’re looking for a great family friendly place to stay in Munich, don’t hesitate!

Exceptional house with great accommodations. Easy access from Munich by car or train. The lakeside community is beautiful and very tranquil. Will definitely use again.

A really wonderful host: the loveliest family, couldn't have been more helpful, accomodating and attentive. Excellent communication...even when we called at odd hours. The house is warm and welcoming and had everything we needed and more. We really miss the massage chair, our morning coffee and our new friend, the little cat. Beds were super comfortable, the kitchen/living area is really spacious, the garden is lovely with outdoor dining area and the washing machine and dryer were very handy. The neighbourhood is perfect for a family. It's quiet, friendly, with excellent transport links. Two U-bahn stations, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, clothes shops, a pharmacy, health food shop, bank and even a department store are all within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property and host. It was like a home away from home.

Excellent house in a quiet and peaceful location yet a short drive to all the attractions in Munich. The house is extremely well equipped for large groups and families as well. The hosts are proactive and take special attention in making sure guests are comfortable and are having a nice stay. I would highly recommend this airbnb and will gladly visiting them again. Wir (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind) waren für eine Woche in der Unterkunft. Die Räume sind definitiv größer als sie auf den Bildern aussehen. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und oft in der Sauna entspannt. Mit dem Auto waren wir flexibel und schnell an unseren Ausflugszielen. Wir können die Ferientenne absolut zum erholen empfehlen.

Wir haben das erste Mal mit AirBnb gebucht und wir waren völlig zufrieden. Die Lage war wunderschön ländlich mit den Pferden ringsherum und trotzdem nicht weit von vielen Attraktionen entfernt. Es waren wundervolle Tage.

Die Ferienwohnung ist modern, mit sehr viel Geschmack ausgestattet, sauber, die Küche perfekt. In der ruhig gelegenen Wohnung haben wir uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt und konnten uns sehr gut erholen. Die Wege zu den umliegenden Seen und Ausflugszielen waren kurz. Die Vermieterin Karin ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend, der Kontakt vorbildlich und schnell. Die Bezeichnung Superhost trifft voll zu. Die vorhergehenden Bewertungen können wir uneingeschränkt übernehmen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Realmente fue un placer quedarme en el departamento de Sebastián. Es tal cual se describe y se ve en las fotos, cómodo y cálido, como si estuvieras en cada. La ubicación es muy buena, accedí a todos los lugares caminando, pero también tenes subte , tranvía y bus muy cerca de la propiedad. Mucha, variada oferta gastronómica. Sebastian súper atento todo el tiempo, estando pendiente de cómo estaba, así como también, respondiendo rápidamente las consultas. Lo recomiendo. Volvería sin dudarlo. Sandra

Logement calme et très bien situé dans un quartier agréable avec de bons restaurants à proximité. Facilité d'accès (à pied ou en transport en commun) aux différents lieux à visiter à Munich.

Perfect apartment for a group of people that has everything you need. Five minutes to the trainstation where it’s easy to reach Munich city centre. Communication was easy, Tatyana always answered fast and was helpful. We would stay here again 😊

Unser Aufenthalt in dem modern eingerichteten Haus am Fluss in Gmund am Tegernsee mit unseren beiden Kindern (10 und 6) war rundum gelungen! Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet – von der voll eingerichteten Küche über bequeme Betten bis hin zu Handtüchern war alles vorhanden. Der Kontakt zu den Gastgebern war außerordentlich nett und unkompliziert. Fragen wurden stets schnell und kompetent beantwortet, sodass wir uns sofort willkommen fühlten. Die Lage könnte kaum besser sein: In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es einen Supermarkt, verschiedene Restaurants, Banken und sogar eine Apotheke. Für Ausflüge oder Tagestrips ist die Verkehrsanbindung ideal – Bushaltestelle und Bahnhof sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Dank der Gästekarte konnten wir das Auto die ganze Woche stehen lassen. Rund ums Tegernseer Tal gab es sehr viel zu entdecken (Wallbergbahn, Schliersberg Alm mit Sommerrodelbahn, Blomberg, usw.). Wir können die Wohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Guido's place is great. The best part is it comes with a kitchen with all the required utensils. The connectivity to the place is great, close to the Fresing S-Bahn. Also, there are lots of restaurants and markets nearby, where you can go for shopping during the evening or just chill.

Our stay at Lisa and Julian’s tiny house was fantastic - everything was clean, nicely furnished and fresh, and they made sure that our stay as pleasant as possible. They were very friendly, reactive (easy to reach) throughout the entire time we were there even though it was over Easter. The only thing to note is that it gets very bright in the bedroom when the sun comes up in the morning.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in der Unterkunft, die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und die Ausstattung super. Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Reichersbeuern und Bäckerei, Metzger etc. sind fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir haben von den Gastgebern zudem sehr hilfreiche Tipps für Ausflugsziele erhalten.

We stayed 3 person which is good for us. Room was big enough bathroom and kitchen was very good and clean. The place is very nice and very close to underground, in front of the apartment. Emanuel was very friendly helped for our all questions and replied very quickly. If İ come Munich İ would like to stay again. Thank you very much for everything we had a happy holiday☺️

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Julija, hôtes accueillants et chaleureux, toujours présents pour donner des conseils où répondre à vos questions. Le logement était cozy et fonctionnel, idéal pour un couple, et le lac situé à quelques pas du logement était magnifique. Nous eviendrons avec plaisir !
