The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.

Küche gibt es nicht, also auch keine Kochgelegenheit, jedoch Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Geschirr und Wasserkocher. Das App. strahlt einen "Wohlfühlcharakter" aus mit schönen Möbeln und stimmigem Licht.

Mountain hut at 1100 meters above sea level, 6 km from Grosio, 20 km from Bormio with the possibility to reach other goals such Livigno and Tirano (red Bernina train). For the nature lovers there is the possibility to organize excursions on foot along the paths of our valley.

Alleinstehendes Holzhaus in sehr ruhiger Lage

Inmitten einer Streuobstwiese liegt unser Ferienhaus in Alleinlage. Der alte aus dem 16. Jahrhundert stammende Teil wurde früher als Getreidespeicher genutzt. Die große Terrasse ist zur alleinigen Nutzung für unsere Gäste. Gartenmöbel, Liegestühle und Grill sind vorhanden.
