Kayaks available for your use along with unlimited adventures along the paths on 42 acres of untouched West Tennessee beauty. Your Tiny Home even has its own coffee bar to wake up to every morning. The Dragonfly House is located between Hwy 22 and Lake Drive. The back yard views of the sunset are spectacular! 3 minute walk to the lake. Newly renovated. This home has a large yard with private drive. Plenty of space for several trucks with boats. I have a picnic table, grill and fire pit for you. Added a Fish cleaning station! This little cottage is in a lovely historical area that is set on a dead-end street. History is abundant here. The cottage expresses the calmness and friendliness of the area. The cottage was built in the 50's and is sound and decorated in antiques of a French style. There are two patios to relax on in total privacy.
