Our stay at Coquina Castle was wonderful! The ocean views were breathtaking! Sunrises were beautiful! Our host Erica was so gracious and accommodating. The home had everything we could possibly need with plenty of space for all of us. We enjoyed St Augustine, Palm Coast, fishing, spring training baseball and so many other things the area has to offer. I would highly recommend this Airbnb and we will stay here again when we are in the Palm Coast area. Thank you Erica! You’re a wonderful host!

The Lazy Green Turtle was amazing. We stayed there to celebrate my birthday and spend time with family. The house is fully stocked and Colette has thought of EVERYTHING you will need! She has put so much thought into the details of this house and she is a great host - even surprised me with a birthday cake 🎂. I can’t wait to go back. My favorites about this home is: the spaciousness, homey/coziness/comfort, ocean views, the deck for sunrises and star gazing and of course the beach! (Beach is dog friendly) This has been one of my favorite birthdays!

Rhonda's beachside home is absolutely stunning and homey at the same time! We felt right at home and the home is so close to the beach that we were able to walk back and forth from the house to the beach easily and within just a few minutes. Having all of Rhonda's beach chairs, wagon, beach towels, and cooler was definitely an added plus! The beds were very comfortable and we all slept great! The kitchen and bedrooms are fully stocked and well maintained. There are three levels of stairs in the house, so be advised if you have joint or back problems. My 2 besties were with me and we all have joint problems but were able to manage well. And, then there is our great hostess, Rhonda! She communicated well before, during, and after out stay. She was always available if we had any questions. She is very nice also! An added plus! This is definitely a great beach house, very close to the beach, and nice quiet neighborhood! I definitely recommend this beach home for your next getaway! :)

We had a great stay at Josh’s home! The location was amazing, only a block from the beach! We also appreciated the supplied beach chairs and cart to carry our items across the street more easily. The fenced in portion of the yard was also ideal since we brought our two dogs.

This place felt like the perfect secret getaway! The home was super clean and modern, with plenty of natural light during the day, and an almost fully enclosed backyard area was a plus for eating breakfast and hanging out during the evenings. Boone was very quick to respond to my questions and very helpful with his recommendations. But my absolute favorite part about this spot was the location! It is literally minutes from the beach. I walked with my 3 yr old, to and from, multiple times, while we spent time there. It was so close, I walked to the house when my toddler had to go potty, easy. Loved so much about this place. Will definitely be visiting again!

We had a fabulous time. The house was beautiful and extremely clean. The property was relaxing and quiet. We will definitely be back.

Close to the beach and our favorite taco shop. A1A burrito works! We were able to enjoy the evenings on the porch and walk to the coffee shop and ice cream shop right down the road.

Since I rented the whole house it was perfect for our large family gathering with separate units (Casa’s) for each couple.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this beautiful home near Butler Beach in St. Augustine! From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed and welcomed. The house is spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated with a charming coastal vibe that makes you feel like you're on a true getaway. The highlight for us was definitely the private pool—crystal clear, surrounded by lush landscaping, and perfect for both lounging and swimming. We spent hours enjoying the sunshine and peaceful atmosphere. The location is ideal—just minutes from historic downtown St. Augustine, great restaurants, and stunning beaches, yet tucked away enough to feel quiet and private. Being so close to the Matanzas River was great for our family to enjoy a day on the beach or at the fort. The hosts were responsive, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place. Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious escape.

Our family of five (+ dogs) had a relaxing vacation at this wonderful Airbnb! Perfect location! Amazing backyard with all the amenities! The house was clean and had all we needed. The host was quick to respond and was always very helpful! You definitely won’t be disappointed if you book this home!

We really enjoyed staying at Dee’s place for Christmas that we are already discussing coming back for the summer! We didn’t think exactly how we were going to pull off a Christmas tree for Santa to bring presents to our 4yr old, but Dee informed us that they had an artificial tree with ornaments in the garage!! It was extremely easy to put up and take down. This house is in a great location, close enough for early fishing charters out of St. Augustine. Also surrounded by a good selection of golf courses to choose from. The house was very clean! We had zero issues during our stay. The pool was well heated and was able to keep up even with the very cold temperatures we had. The hot tub was very clean. We didn’t get to enjoy the pier and pond as much as we wanted due to the weather but any chance we did get out there was very enjoyable.

The house was perfect for our family. Had a great size pool, lots of extras outside and inside. It was the perfect place to relax and a quick walk to the beach. I would recommend a wagon or stroller if you have smaller kids to get to and from the beach. We really enjoyed our time here.

Coastal cabana was the perfect house for us! Although check in was at 3pm, the night before we were to leave they told us we could check in after 10am no charge. This gave us another full day on our trip. Check in was simple, the house was clean and had everything we needed. Neighborhood was quiet, about a 12 minute walk to the beach. The sunrises were magnificent! The heated pool was a plus as my daughter and her boyfriend swam every day. This little bit of paradise was just what we needed to start off 2025.

The place was super spacious. We loved the hot tub and swimming pool especially it being screened in. The game room was a big hit. Loved being close to the beach. Also love the fact we could bring our dog with it being pet friendly. We would definitely go back again. Thanks for letting us enjoy your place.

This place was even nicer than the pictures. The beach is right across The street, but we loved being able to drive and park on the beach. The house is huge and spotless. We will be back for sure! Great restaurants and an awesome area.

Our family had a fantastic time at Kara’s place! The house was exactly as described. Very clean & plenty of space for our family of four, plus three more family members that stayed with us for a few days. Close to the beach & a pretty quick drive downtown. We absolutely love St. Augustine & would stay here again. Kara was super responsive & even let us check in early.

The condo was well equipped and conveniently located. We had everything we needed and the furniture was nice, beds comfy, and the outside deck was a nice place to gather.

The whole family enjoyed our stay. Great location, loved walking to the beach to catch the sunrise at Bay Park, and to Bings Landing for a beautiful sunset. The house was very comfortable.

My family and friends really enjoyed our stay at the beach house. The home had a great layout and really nice outside pool and entertaining area. The beach was only a short walk away. The location of the home is perfect. Downtown St. Augustine was only a 15 min drive so you get a great historic city and beach all in one vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It has a great open floor plan and they have everything you need for your stay. The screened in areas are also really nice to enjoy the view. Response time is fast and check in was so easy. We will definitely be back.

Everything about this place was great! Close beach access in a quiet area and not far from historic St. Augustine! I would recommend this home to anyone!
