The Farmhouse in Historic Occoquan Close to D.C.

This private home is spacious, bright, open, and welcoming. The second floor has 2 master suite bedrooms. One bedroom with a king bed, jacuzzi tub and shower plus a queen bed with a tub. The living room has convertible sofas and air mattresses. The home sleeps up to 10 and has lots of storage. Perfect for families and groups, but no parties please! We have a strict NO pets rule because one of the owners has life threatening allergies.

Private entrance through the backyard (one flight of stairs down to basement) Very large open space with 1 queen bed and a pull out couch, if needed a crib is available as well. A sitting area with a comfortable couch. 5 minute drive to a big outlet mall and 5 minutes to Occoquan, where you will find cute restaurants and bars. 40 minutes to DC.
