House is in one of the best spots for easy in and out of inlet access to beach, shopping, and restaurants. Gives you an extremely personal, and private way to thoroughly enjoy beach life environment. Doug was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Hospitality beyond expectations, which made the stay that much more enjoyable.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in Delaware! The home was clean, beautiful, and just as described. Serena was easy to work with and very responsive. With the pool, access to the bay, walkable neighborhood, and close proximity to restaurants and the beach, we would love to stay here again!!

We had a great vacation. The house was well-appointed and very comfortable. We walked to the beach everyday, which we basically had to ourselves. Our dog Willie Boy gives it 4 paws up and one waggly tail (highest rating possible). James is a great host - responsive and informative. Stay well, Don 🎺, Liz 🙏 and Willie Boy 🐾

This was my second time staying at John's and it was just a wonderful this time around. Easy walk to the beach, wonderful view from the deck onto the channel, and nearby restaurants and grocery store. My dogs and I love the location, layout, views, and amenities (dogs especially love napping in the sunshine on the deck), and will 100% come back in the future!

Rosa’s home is a perfect getaways spot! It’s clean, spacious and quiet. Everything you need is in the home. The neighborhood is perfect for walking the dogs and everyone is friendly. It’s a quick 10-15 minute drive to the beach and boardwalk inlet. We definitely would stay here again when we need a place to stay. Rosa is super helpful and always responded quickly!

Just a quick note to thank you for hosting our little vacation to the beach. We had a wonderful time walking and riding the boardwalk. And the dogs loved watching the sunrise each morning on the beach. The house is adorable and perfect for us, plus a great location for our visit. Thanks again for your hospitality.

What a great weekend rental! We really enjoyed our get-away — especially the backyard with the fish pond and the family room with so many windows you felt like you were outside! The yard is fenced, which was a huge plus for us (traveling with dogs). The house is clean, quiet and comfortable. It is a tiny bit dated, but a great value for the price. The house is on Ocean Parkway, which could be busy in July or August, but was not a problem at all for us (traveling in late April).

This beautiful house is a 5 stars accommodation. An absolute pleasure to stay in and also to appreciate all the design and decor details. Very cozy and you feel right at home! Bedrooms and linens were so comfortable that it was hard to get up in the morning. Squeaky clean bathrooms with a hi-quality towels! Fully stoked kitchen with condiments and all the necessary dishes, appliances and equipment for a meal preparation and enjoying a family dinner around the counter or dinning table! We had a one year old with us and Steven provided a high chair, pack-n-play, and lots of toys and board games! Steven is a wonderful host, very professional and proactive, checked on us every day to make sure that we are good and don't need anything else. Highly recommend this place for a nice getaway to MD. Steven, we will be back!

Nadiia’s place was beautiful! It was very homey and had everything we needed. We wanted a quiet getaway during off-season. It was exactly that! Our stay was quiet and comfortable. We walked to the beach and several different restaurants. Starbucks being close by was also a nice bonus. Nadiia was so friendly and responded to all my messages quickly. I highly recommend this place! We would love to come back sometime!

We enjoyed every moment of our stay. Viktoria was incredibly kind and the cottage was fully stocked. We came during the offseason and weather was not cooperative at first but we were able to use the board games, watch movies, and learn some origami on the wet days. We rode the bikes and my kids loved the nearby playground and basketball court. There were treats and bowls for our dog and the neighborhood was peaceful. We were able to go to Assateague Island a couple of times and the horses were a huge hit with everyone. Our dog enjoyed the beach, too. The only misunderstanding we had was thinking the community indoor pool was included in the amenities for free. There’s a user fee but we ended up getting a couple of nice beach/boardwalk days instead so it all worked out. Viktoria was quick to respond when we asked about it and sent instructions for how to access it if we chose to do so. This was a great time away from the city for all of us. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

The house was huge—there was lots of space for everyone!! The WiFi was not working, but Marcia came right away and fixed it. The beds were comfortable!

We loved our stay at Tom’s place! It was spacious, beautiful and we were close to everything yet still had the privacy we were looking for! We will be staying again in the future!

William's place was perfect for our three-night getaway and exactly as described. The house was a perfect fit for me, my wife, and two daughters and there was plenty to do for the kids. The house is conveniently located about 15 minutes from the beach, but the immediate area also had plenty in the way of dining and other things to do. We travel up to OC about once a year and looking forward to hopefully staying here again.

Wonderful stay in a fun, family-friendly community. Close proximity to great restaurants and DE beach towns. House was spacious with great amenities. We look forward to renting again in the future!

Beautiful stay this is my new spot to stay every time I visit OC!

We felt right at home as soon as we walked in the door. There was a perfect amount of bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us. The home is well taken care of and was very clean! Ryan and Shannon put so much love and thought into this rental from the kids games to the very comfortable beds and pillows to the pack and play already there (which was one less thing we needed to bring) to the easily accessible website with everything we needed to know! We will definitely be back!

We stayed here for a long weekend and it was a wonderful stay. I love staying at Ocean Pines when I come to visit Ocean City! They were super responsive to any questions that I had. The house was super cute and exactly as described. They left the sweetest goody bags and the cutest little notes. They also left treats for my pup! It was the best! The house was filled with little things that you usually forget to bring with you.. like paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, soap, laundry detergent, coffee, sugar. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything that you could possibly need - eatery wise. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely stay here again! Thank you guys for being so responsive and helpful. Thank you for opening up your beautiful home for us to stay in! We loved it! 10 out of 10 recommend! :)

This is an excellent home and the host is just awesome! Very responsive and proactively made sure we had the best time over there in OC. This is our first trip with our 6 month old pet and she was very happy and we had no problem at all. Very highly recommended. This will be our go to place in OC

My husband and I and our 2 dogs had an exceptional mini getaway. Location was perfect, honestly like 20 steps till you were on the beach! The unit was very spacious, open layout, large rooms, bright and cheerful and beautifully decorated. The furniture was modern and stylish, beds were extremely comfortable, bathroom had a beautiful walk-in shower with great water pressure, and the kitchen was to die for! Large and fully stocked with everything you could need, gorgeous countertops and ss appliances and a basket with all the necessities plus some little extras to make you feel right at home. There's also a wonderful porch for relaxing, we especially liked the optional doggie gates.⁹ Our host, Hollin made everything super easy and simple. Communication was a breeze from the very start. Hollin was very friendly, responsive and onsiderate. I feel like she genuinely went out of her way to make sure we had a great experience. Which we did and we definitely plan to stay again next year!

This is the second time staying at Robert’s place and I will continue to stay at his place as long as my family has our annual reunions. My dog and I love his place and will recommend his other property to my brother, who has a larger group than just me and my dog.

We loved the house, and the neighborhood was super quiet and peaceful. Bethany Beach, Rehoboth Beach and Ocean City, MD were all easy to get to and a short drive. We loved that the first floor had a master bedroom with ensuite, and the second floor had its own bedrooms and bathroom. Communication with Meaghan was great. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time and felt like home! Cozy living room, lovely bedrooms and fancy bathrooms. Loved that it had 2 primary bedrooms. Beautiful quiet neighborhood.
