Enjoy neighborhood amenities such as a breathtaking waterfront Yacht Club with restaurant and live music (seasonal), Robert Trent Jones Sr. golf, farm market, playgrounds, 5 pools/fee (4 seasonal), and racquet club.

There is room for 8 adults (plus 2 kids). Located in the premiere seaside community in the Ocean City area, Ocean Pines, this wonderful waterfront home provides amazing views both day and night. The open floor plan provides guests with lots of room to socialize and bond, but also has secluded bedrooms that provides needed privacy. The outdoor living area is to die for. Sit back and watch the sun set over the canal while you catch up with friends or loved one. Use our bikes!

Delightful Skoolie Near Bethany Beach

Try tiny living! Come to the Delaware beach for a unique glamping experience. The Coastal Cruiser is a 1985 Thomas School Bus turned tiny home. Spend your days exploring the Delaware Coast and come home to a rustic Skoolie with a full kitchen & outdoor area. You have access to fire pit, grill, and outdoor seating area. We’ve renovated- there is a bunk bed, and a full bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink. The bathroom is in a separate building about 20 ft from the bus.

Tortuga Cottage: Your All- Season Getaway

This is an escape to reacquaint with family, nature, and your best self. Come home from the beach just a few miles away to enjoy the gas fire place, outdoor fire pit, and hot tub on chilly nights, fenced in back yard. Take advantage of the parks indoor outdoor pools golf yacht club, just moments from the cottage. Dogs are part of our family, and we are happy to consider canine guests on a case by case basis. The Elbridge Bayfront Studio

The Elbridge is a luxury studio apartment in downtown Ocean City. Beautiful bay view from studio windows. This bayside studio includes parking, a private garden entrance, and luxurious king bed. Located 4 blocks from the beach, the space is in a downtown residential neighborhood. Additionally included are bikes, bodyboards, beach chairs and a beach umbrella. Walking distance to delicious local restaurants, the boardwalk, and the beach!
