I couldn't say enough great things about Cher's home! It was the best Airbnb my family and I have stayed at and we have stayed at a lot in the Grayland/Westport area. The pictures do not do this home justice. Cher has thought of everything imaginable to make your stay comfortable and homey. This is not just your typical beach house. It is so much more. Kitchen is amazing and stocked well with everything you need and more. The bed in the master was hands down the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on and I have massive back issues (it's a Tuft n Needle). The hot tub was a welcome addition after hanging out at the beach (which is about a 3 min walk from the house). The landscape and views are so awesome. The picture windows brought a wonderful site for 4th of July fireworks. The neighbors were all so friendly and kind. I birdwatched from the deck for hours and even saw a few deer munching on some leaves. Don't miss out on this place!!

Phil and Paulina have put together an amazing place to stay that will keep you cozy and comfortable, entertained, and relaxed for as long as you'd like!! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to relax and unwind for a weekend or a week, with beautiful sights to see all around, great food to eat, and plenty of activities within the home to keep you having a great time even if you never leave the house! I absolutely loved my stay here and Phil and Paulina are fantastic, extremely responsive and responsible hosts that made it easy as could possibly be to check in, enjoy, and check out of their excellent space.

One the best equipped houses I’ve ever stayed in. Didn’t have just 1 or 2 of things but enough for the amount of people you could host there and not run out. Had plenty of kitchen items, cute organization decor that held plenty of towels, wash clothes, etc. Basket with extra blankets was a cozy touch for the rainy weekend along with games and lots of coffee for the Kuerig! Loved the view , especially from the awesome upstairs bedrooms and deck! The outdoor shower & sink to clean clams was so wonderful! When the hot tub wasn’t working the host got it fixed asap so we could enjoy the amenities we had searched for and planned on. Great communication and responsiveness! Definitely would stay again!

The home and the landscaping are beautiful. We found all rooms spotless with everything organized to make our stay easy and special. In fact the extra details and touches were astonishing. I would highly suggest to spend time reading the house handbook with details on climate information and history of local storms that raged through the area....all very fascinating. Steve and Alice went above and beyond what you might expect from the majority of home owners. Their beach house is a real treasure.

Such a cute place to stay! Linda was very friendly and responsive. This house had everything we needed. Comfy beds and a closet full of games. We enjoyed the private hot tub, and quick walk to the bakery and coffee shop. Definitely recommend.

Overall a great place to stay, right on the beach and beautiful views. Plenty of room in the house, both upstairs and downstairs, and the covered upstairs deck out back gives amazing views up and down the length of the beach. The host provided lots of information about the location and the area -- definitely swing by Blue Buoy for their breakfast! A couple small things to note: access to the beach is right out the backyard, but there is a drop of a few feet at the end, so folk with mobility issues may face problems. Also, the kitchen is upstairs and entrance to the house is on the downstairs level, something not readily apparent from the pictures. Neither caused a concern for us, just something to be aware of.

We had such a wonderful stay in this home! The easy beach access was fantastic, and we loved all the great amenities inside. Thank you so much!

I've stayed at quite a few places and this one is top tier for sure. No complaints. Had everything you could want to feel at home and then some. Will be staying there again next year for sure.

What a gorgeous little cabin for a perfect weekend! Great for a couple, or a couple with smaller kids. Amenities were on point and very appreciated! For any mountain biker enthusiast, you can ride directly from the unit to the trails and back!

My friends and I had a wonderful time. The house was beautiful and so nicely decorated. We loved the hot tub and the private backyard. The walk into town was nice because we got to see all of the other gorgeous houses. Larissa was a wonderful host. We would absolutely stay there again!

Larissa’s cozy rental in Seabrook was absolutely perfect for a weekend getaway. It was clean and had all neccisary amenities. It was also located in a wonderful private location and only a quick walk away from downtown Seabrook and the beach. I would absolutely come again!
