The house has easy access, just 1 min to high way ( I-75 ) on last exit 353 between Georgia and Tennessee line. Is located just 15 min from downtown Chattanooga, Hamilton mall (8 min), Chattanooga Airport (11 min) and many touristic places. We are a family of 4 including 2 medium dogs. We are pet friendly!

If you like to fish, this is the perfect spot for you, as you have direct access to the Hiwassee River. Not a fisherman? Grab a book & relax on the private dock or sun porch. LIMITED INTERNET ACCESS. This is a great place to relax & unplug. The internet in the area is very slow.

Only 7 minutes from OCI (Omega Center International) This suite is part of the house, private, with its own entrance. Hosts live in other area of home.
