Escape to a tranquil, adult-only, 1-bedroom cottage on 12 acres of peaceful hardwood forest. Spend the morning lazing on the screened porch or walk the trails & watch for deer and birds. Just 6 miles away, Watkinsville offers small town shopping & dining. Only a 20 min drive for antiquing and dining in historic Madison or head to Athens, home to UGA and all the shopping, dining and night-life of a college town. At night, relax by the fire-pit while you roast marshmallows and listen to the owls.

Tucked in a quiet street in Normaltown (one of the most vibrant intown neighborhoods in Athens), our comfortable, private and clean 1BR house has everything you need for a great stay. Our thoughtfully furnished and fully stocked guest house has a complete kitchen, a laundry room with washer and dryer, a spacious living room and dining nook, a full bathroom, and a bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, a chest of drawers and a closet with ample space to unpack all your clothes and feel at home!

Greek Revival Farmhouse

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, The Pierce Farmhouse was built in 1870 as a wedding gift for a son. We have owned it for 20 years and have made another set of renovations to bring it back to its original charm and character while making it more comfortable with modern amenities. The farmhouse sits on 60 wooded acres in High Shoals and guests have access to our pond for fishing and river for canoeing. We are 20 minutes from Athens, and 15 minutes from Monroe and Madison.

Quaint Cottage in Boulevard

Located on a quiet street the heart of the Boulevard Historic District, you can walk to Downtown or Normaltown in just 10 minutes. This house has two bedrooms, eat-in kitchen, covered front porch and back deck. Wonderful neighborhood restaurants and yoga studio, and school with playground are just a block away. This is the perfect place to stay for friends, couples and families. Mature, well-behaved dogs (2 max) are allowed for an additional fee of $50, or $100 per week for longer stays.

City Farm 25's Cozy Cabin

You aren't a “cookie-cutter hotel” and “fight the crowds” kind of person. We’re with you. You want something more personal. We welcome you to our home, City Farm 25. We prefer unique places with character that feel homey. Our little slice of paradise in downtown Watkinsville is just that. The property is a cozy log cabin. You have the building to yourself. Take a morning walk down the sidewalk to local coffee shop and bakery, affordable or fancy dinner and lunch options available within two blocks. Our backyard is connected to a 6 acre wooded park. Oconee County is the "ArtLand of Georgia." We are centrally located for OCAF events, arts and crafts, and antiques, a bicycler's paradise. 10 minute drive to Athens/UGA, 40 minutes to Lake Oconee.

Welcome to our modern 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom new construction home in downtown Watkinsville with a dreamy outdoor oasis! Just 6 miles from UGA and less than 1 mile to downtown restaurants, shops, Wire Park and The Thomas Farm Preserve with biking and hiking trails. The main level features an open concept living room with a foldout Twin Sleeper chair, and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, offering plenty of space for everyone.

The Nest, Charming Country Setting south of Athens

This guest suite is located above the detached three car garage across from the main house. Beautiful views of the countryside, including horses and chickens! Sanford Stadium and beautiful downtown Athens are just 14 miles north of us (a 22 minute drive). Historic Madison is 19 miles to the south of us. You are welcome to fish or kayak on our pond as well. Come stay with us! We do have a no-pet policy and a no-smoking policy. Thank you for respecting our space.
