Un departamento en el primer piso con 1 recámara/1 baño, amplia sala (techo tipo catedral), cocina, recámara con cama tamaño king, TV, tina de hidromasaje/regadera, tocador con lavabo y lavadora/secadora empotrada. Baño separado con inodoro y lavabo con pedestal. Piscina al aire libre compartida, casa de la piscina con sauna y ducha (todo abierto solo del 1 de abril a mediados de octubre). ¡Estación de limpieza de pescado protegida en Silver Lake! Esta es una unidad de bloqueo para Juniper 2B que se puede rentar por separado. Internet está instalado, pero hay interrupciones frecuentes. No se puede fumar ni mascotas.

Un ambiente abierto y espacioso para este hogar. Habitaciones amplias, chispas de cocina gourmet perfecta para uno o muchos cocineros. Cuatro porches y Sundecks. Uno con mampara en el porche. Las vistas del cielo por la noche son extraordinarias. Vallado en el patio trasero con ducha al aire libre y zona de preparación del fregadero exterior. El nivel superior tiene el gran espacio con techos altos, gran espacio habitable con muebles acogedores, medio baño, mesa de cartas/juegos, habitación adicional podría usarse como cuarto dormitorio con sofá cama.

Pop’s Net House fue construida por mi abuelo, Maurice Ballance, a principios de la década de 1970 con madera reutilizada de la antigua escuela de Ocracoke, que se construyó en 1917. Esta propiedad está ubicada en el centro del pueblo, en Marks Path, que lleva el nombre del abuelo de Maurice, Mark Gaskins. Está a poca distancia a pie de Zillie’s Island Pantry, Ocracoke Coffee Company y muchos otros restaurantes y tiendas. ¡Ven a disfrutar de la privacidad de Pop’s Net House en la isla de Ocracoke!

Above It All...Apt Overlooking Ocracoke's Harbor

Cozy two bedroom upstairs apartment located in the heart of the village. This apartment is located above Ride The Wind Surf Shop and overlooks the harbor. Close to everything, yet private. There's a full kitchen with all the amenities. Separate dining and living spaces. Two bedrooms with King Beds. Only one bathroom, but split with a sink/toilet in one part and shower/tub/sink in another. Wifi and Smart TV. There's a cupola upstairs with wet bar to enjoy your evening sunsets.

Welcome to The Grey Pearl, a wonderful historic Ocracoke cottage that is conveniently located in the heart of the village. Pearl offers a spacious open floor concept featuring connected Kitchen, Dining and living spaces- and a lovely screeded porch. It is located within walking distance to Silver Lake, Coffee/Juice spots, Restaurants and shops ! We are pet friendly with a 90% fenced in yard space. Some pet amenities provided. We would be honored to host for your family !

Surf Bus

The surf bus is a beautiful boho style cottage, with a full bed, sitting area and kitchen. The bath house is separate. To those of you that have been here before, the new location is just as magical but definitely different than the previous spot. The outdoor shower allows you enjoy sunshine, moonlight and starlight. It is also very spacious. The yard is sunny and open with a picnic table and grill. Perfect for the more adventurous:) Must be mobile and agile to enjoy :)

Artsy Original Island Home next to Nature Preserve

Built in the 50's, located in a quiet neighborhood next to Springer's Nature Preserve, we kept the homey cozy granny decor. There is a generous screened porch for entertaining and dining. The large yard is surrounded by woods and provides direct access to the Springer's Point trail. The trail is a lovely path to the waterfront on the sound-side of the island, and home to impressive live oak trees, a historic graveyard, and the site of Blackbeard the Pirate's final battle!

Wedged between cedar and live oak trees, the SurfShanty tiny home is the ultimate escape for active island explorers and those seeking a respite from reality alike. The shared swimming pool is 14' x 28' (available from mid April -mid October from dawn to dusk for registered renters of the Cabanas) creating a haven for rejuvenation and tranquility.
