Hilltop Hide-Away is nestled on top of Mad River Mountain. You can walk/ski right to the lift; directly from the property, during the winter. Located a walking distance to Snow Trails, follow the tree-lined driveway past the pond to the newly renovated cabin. Nestled towards the back of three acres, this is a beautiful and private getaway for you and your family. We've remodeled the kitchen and the bathroom, adding new appliances in both the kitchen and laundry room. The working fireplace and popcorn machine make the living space a cozy and comfortable place to relax and watch your favorite movies after a day of hitting the slopes.

Mad River Mountain Camping

Come stay in our travel trailer atop Mad River Mountain Ski Resort!! We have plenty of room for 8 guests but could potentially sleep 11. Our Trailer is in a GATED campground and with in walking distance to the slopes. There is a bathhouse with in about 100 yards from our site. In the warmer months there is a multitude of attractions nearby including, horse back riding, canoeing/kayaking, Ohio Caverns and Zane Caverns, and Indian Lake is only 15 mins away to go fishing, swimming, rent a boat.

The Bronson Barn is located on the grounds behind the home that was originally owned by H.V. Bronson who initially plotted the town of Peninsula. Nestled in the heart of the park, it is walking distance to restaurants, shopping, train depot and bike rental. The national park has hundreds of miles of hiking trails, biking trails, river walks or kayaking, amazing waterfalls, and nature walks to see wildlife. You can also enjoy the ski resort located a few miles away for any winter sports!

Close to I-71, my small farmhouse offers easy access to both Columbus and Cleveland. Located minutes from Mohican, camping, hiking, and lakes, there is plenty to do on a day off. Adventure around, or relax on the porch taking in the beautiful scenery. I do have two dogs and a snake, the snake stays in her cage unless you aren’t scared of them, in that case she would love for me to take her out so you can meet her.

Enjoy this cozy and unique tiny house perched atop of Mad River Mountain Ski Resort! The tiny house provides a fun and peaceful getaway while still being 15 minutes away from downtown Bellefontaine. Owner of Rusty Fig Redesign, interior designer Janet and her two sons purchased the Tiny House and rehabbed it to the wonderful adventure it is today. Come stay at our family labor of love!
