Three couples stayed at the house for four days. There was plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen was well equipped. The hot tub is on the smaller end holding three (smaller) people max and no privacy since it is on the deck and faces the neighbors. Only a ten minute Uber ride to downtown. We loved our stay and would definitely rent it again.

Great place to stay!! Close to Nashville but far enough to feel like you’re out in the country. Loved having the lake to go out on as well. Definitely would come back again for sure!

Our stay was perfect and everything we hoped for. Hosts were very responsive when needed. Hot tub and relaxing outside was the highlight. The house was very clean and well stocked. Thank you for providing everything in the descriptions.

We loved our stay, it was our first time staying in an air Bnb that the owner also lives in. His personal things were not really visible, so it didn’t feel weird, like I thought it would, felt very much like a regular hotel/ air Bnb stay.the parking was great we never had a problem finding spots on the street for our rental van and pick up truck. We Uber’d to broad street and it was fine. We had a great time the place is clean, spacious and affordable. We would rent this property again.

Great home for a large family/friend gathering. Plenty of room and beds, and lots of open space. Back yard area could be cleaned up more, but was still worth the socializing and gathering out back. Grill worked fine and was usable for BBQs. Easy Uber access to downtown Broadway and plenty to do in downtown Nashville. Great location away from the city to be quiet and quaint, but still close enough for all the action in the city. Would definitely rent from Danielle again!

We really enjoyed our stay in this clean and comfortable home. We were visiting to spend time together and explore Nashville. There are several great bars and restaurants within walking distance, and a short drive to downtown. The house manager met us at check in and gave us a thorough tour of the house and the amenities. We especially enjoyed the spacious back patio and hot tub. One heads up - the noise from patio of nearby bar Dino's was quite loud Fri/Sat night until 2 am. We went there for burgers and fries and it was delicious and great fun, highly recommend!

Beautiful place! The view of the lake was amazing. It felt like we were out in the wilderness but we were only 10 minutes from town. Extremely peaceful, cozy getaway!

What a lovely stay we had at Bill and Judy's! Everything you could want and more! Comfortable beds, ample amenities for our needs, and kind and friendly hosts. We were not there more than to shower and sleep as we had a busy schedule in the city - but how amazing it was to come home to this beautiful and comfortable space and get a great, quiet night of sleep. So peaceful and such a beautiful setting. You can tell that lots of effort was put into anticipating guests needs, which was so thoughtful and appreciated. Definitely a top Airbnb stay for us! When visiting Leipers Fork area with dogs, this place is perfect! Michelle is a superhost, and we absolutely would stay again if in the area. Super comfortable king bed in bedroom, well appointed kitchen, and a lovely living room. Wonderful stay:)

Alyssa was great with communication and clear on instructions. Our dog loved the backyard! Great location easy to get downtown and plenty to do in east Nashville!

I felt the historic charm with the updated options were a great combination . The neighborhood was in the middle of everything but the street was quiet and easy to park on. I would definitely go back and would recommend it!!!!

Our family of 4 loved our stay at Megan’s place. The house was beautifully decorated, the kitchen was well supplied and the beds were comfortable. We loved the ability to walk to near by restaurants. We were not familiar with that section of Nashville but loved it. If we are in need of a place to stay in Nashville again we would definitely stay at Megan’s place.

Great location to visit the city. Easily accessible to everywhere you’d want to visit in Nashville. The history of the building is pretty neat too. Host were very responsive and accommodating. Big thank you.

I loved this place! It was the best location it could have been, and right next to the river trail for a scenic walk into Broadway. I loved how close it was to the Sounds Stadium and the new restaurants there. Also, Liz's touches were so thoughtful! It wasn't just normal stuff, she had cotton pads that I realized I had forgotten when I arrived and nice shampoos, and made sure that since we had to start the dishwasher to check out, it was an easy pod! Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful setting, great location, close to downtown action and close to Germantown restaurants. We'd stay there again.

Me and my boyfriend made a quick weekend getaway to Nashville for his birthday. Zac was so proactive and responded very quickly to any questions we had. Zac’s place is very clean, tidy, and we felt very safe. The people we interacted with while at the condo were also very friendly and easy to get along with. The instructions Zac gives is very clear, and the condo is very easy to find. Zac was great to check in and make sure we were settled and we had no questions. Publix is right across the street, with Restaurants being in walking distance. This condo is not in the smack middle of main street Nashville, it’s more on the outskirts so if you are looking for somewhere that’s not in downtown Nashville, this is perfect for you. I would recommend Zac and this rental property !

A wonderful place to stay, the apartment was quite central to lots of great activities to do in Nashville. There were lots of recommendations and activities left for you to do so it was helpful if you didn’t know what to do. It created a fantastic base for our family holiday. Thank you.

Great stay! Great view. Clean, the beds were amazing. Patsy's instructions were so well laid out, we didn't need any other help from her, but I'm confident she would have been there to talk us through any issues we might have had. Thanks for a great vacation! We now love Nashville!

This was the perfect house for a family get away! Pam was an incredible host and provided us with breakfast, snacks and coffee!! The house was well equipped and had everything you could think of needing! The large family room was such a great place for us to hang out together and the pool was an added bonus! The bedrooms were all spacious and had comfortable beds! The basement was the perfect place for the kids to hang out and relax! We would love to stay in their home again sometime!
