O local super agradavel. Excelente para curtir no nosso caso com a familia. As poucas vezes que precisamos foram eficientes e corteses. Enfim, tudo perfeito. Nota 10!!!!!!

We loved our stay here! It accommodated our family of 14 well. The scenery is beautiful! We would love to return in the summer!

This home is wonderful! It was very clean, spacious, the kitchen had everything needed, plus a waffle iron, blender... we LOVED the ping pong table and arcade game!! Since we stayed in winter, we couldn't use the kayaks... but that would have been fun, too :) The basement family room area was toasty warm. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. A great stay close to Nashville!!

Very down to earth host! Very attentive. They care about their guest and property! Will stay here again.

This place was absolutely beautiful and was a great place for a girls weekend get away. Elle, was always so responsive and was able to answer any questions I had. 10/10 do recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a peaceful place to get away with your family or a girls weekend. 😊

The house was exactly like the description and photos. The house is exceptionally clean, welcoming and spacious packed with all the things a family could need while on vacation. We loved taking a walk every day on the trail, going across to the park to play and being able to walk across the yard to the lake whenever we wanted. The accessibility was amazing for us especially having a child with special needs and needing to be right next to the house in case of emergency. We had a blast fishing, kayaking and swimming. When we weren’t enjoying the lake, we enjoyed hanging out in the hot tub or playing many games of air hockey and corn hole. Jason has thought of every detail that a family could need while on vacation even providing extra toiletries in case we forget them. We will be coming back regularly and are already planning on our next trip!

Loved the pool set up! Easy drive to Nashville for a couple days we did down there yet far enough away that we were very secluded. My husband, father, and brother-in-law loved being right on the lake to fish.! There are multiple deer that visited us on the property and we saw a few eagles as well

We loved this place. Great location that was private yet close to grocery store and restaurants. Beds were super comfortable. Would definitely stay again if ever in the area. They were quick to respond to any questions.

The property looked like the pictures. It was supplied with many more amenities than other Airbnb properties. Almost anything we could want was already supplied. They even had a pet station with supplies. We had a little hitch getting into the property, but were contacted immediately and it was promptly fixed. The property was beautiful, with lots of wildlife. The downstairs hvac system was very inconsistent, but we were able to make it work. The check-out instructions were very reasonable compared to other properties. Don & Dora supplied a very in-depth guidebook for the area. If we weren’t visiting locals already, it would have been very useful. Over-all, it was a very enjoyable trip in a very comfortable house.

I was surprised when originally it said check in time was 5:00 PM couple days prior to checking in. I did reach out and he responded right away that nobody was there day before and we could check in anytime after 1:30 which was a huge relief. I had not seen a check in time when I booked. Everything about the place was as described and perfect. Note: there are no lights on the dock for night fishing. Matt at no time said there were and when I asked him if there was a place to turn on lights he actually said we could run into town purchase something and he would reimburse us. I thought that was going above and beyond. Fishing was great. It was a very nice place. I did pay more than I usually do after fees and taxes more than I usually do per night. After our stay I would be tempted to pay the money to stay there in the future. Matt is a great host.

We enjoyed our two night stay at this place. A newer house, fitting the description and photos. It comes with a well appointed kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. It sits in a secluded, wooded area, with somewhat distant neighbors and with a view of the lake from the back porch. The firepit looked inviting, although we ran out of time to enjoy it. We were pleased to get to Prime on the TV easily to catchup on one of our shows.

This was our first experience staying at an Airbnb and we have nothing but great things to say. The house was clean and inviting, and the amenities were more than adequate. We slept really well on the bed and there was plenty of space to hang our clothes in the walk in closet. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items, plates, glasses, even wine glasses. The information center on the counter had informative guides. We can't say enough about the view from the upstairs living room and from both patios. We wanted to stay longer! We love Tennessee and hope to be back to the Cozy Cottage soon! Joe and Cindy Taylor

Excellent option to stay if you want tranquility it is a perfect place to disconnect and connect with nature excellent house everything very clean and organized the recommendations of the host excellent without a doubt I recommend it and came back I wanted me right there.

A very special unique place! So nice to get out of the city to a beautiful country home. I would come back in a heartbeat. The screened porch was our favorite hangout. We made happy memories! Thank you Mimi for sharing this place with us.

This cabin made for a gorgeous, quiet, and private retreat. Very cozy bedrooms, well furnished kitchen, and the back porch and deck were our favorite places to be. Stunning riverside location that made for beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Loved how close it was to Rock Island State Park. We could hear the waterfalls from the cabin. The driveway was a bit scary, but the instructions were clear about that. My husband and I would definitely love to book another stay.

We loved our stay here. The rocks and river were so beautiful. The down stairs really feels more like a “tiny home.” The kids had a great space upstairs in the loft. They had a microwave and outdoor grill for cooking, but we didn’t see the toaster oven shown in the pictures. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. The couch on the porch is very relaxing. We did feel the price was a bit high for it feeling more like a tiny home, but we definitely loved our stay.

We couldn't have been more impressed with the house and the hospitality. The house was super clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, bedrooms were very comfortable, the view of the Cumberland River while sitting in the hot tub was so relaxing. Seeing the Eagle above the hot tub everyday was a really cool part of our stay. Very spacious back patio. We loved the fire pit and really appreciated Monica having fresh firewood brought in for our stay. The bathrooms were very accommodating. Washer and dryer were a real plus. Awesome amenities in the cabin and two wood burning fireplaces in the house were a huge plus. Monica was very responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay as relaxing and pleasant as possible. We will definitely be coming back to this beautiful gem on the Cumberland.

My family did a last minute weekend away here coming from Nashville. The place was great, the interior was very clean and you could tell they take great care in every detail. The kitchen had everything we needed and my kids had a blast with all the games and making s’mores at the fire pit.
