A quick drive, bike or walk 1 mile north will place you on 5th Avenue - an area of shops, restaurants, bars and a playhouse. The condo has one designated parking spot, wifi, washer/dryer on premises, heated pool, courtyard & more. 'Sea' Ya!

In just 15 minutes you can be at the famous Naples pier for a fun day at the beach. We also have Marco Island, which is one of the top beaches in the world, just 20 minutes away. Bright, clean 2nd floor studio is ideal for 1 or 2 travellers. Minimalist design with an emphasis on comfort and relaxation is perfect for executive business travellers or sun seeking beachgoers. No car necessary. The small space is hard flooring of wood and tile. There is an open closet with hanging rod. The shower access is a bit tight, and may not be suitable for big and tall or plus sized individuals. The westward view from the window is one block from the beach sunsets.

Very inexpensive way to get close to the beach and still have complete privacy! Whole unit-Share nothing. Small and cozy studio/room 12x19 with a refrigerator, microwave, air conditioner, full bath, suitable to more or less sleep. Queen size bed. Closet and dresser. This is a separate guest room with a private entrance not connected to another unit. Located in an adorable tropical feel complex in a seafoam green building.
