Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con área de asientos al aire libre en old nice, Niza

Excellente semaine passée à Roquefort les Pins. Benjamin et son épouse ont été très accueillants et agiles malgré une arrivée tardive de notre part. Leurs enfants ont également été très amicaux avec notre fille avec notamment des parties de trampolines endiablées ! La maison contient tout ce qu'il faut et les activités dans le jardin sont nombreuses. Mention spéciale au terrain de pétanque où nous avons pu nous débattre dans de nombreuses parties de Molky ! L'emplacement de la maisonest au top, nous avons pu faire des balades à pied ou a5 min en voiture dans le parc naturel du Sinodon. Le centre du village est quant à lui à 15 minutes à pied où à peine 2 minutes en voiture avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. Quant à la mère, les premières plages sont à 20 minutes à peine donc très accessibles aussi. Bref un très bel emplacement chez une famille très accueillante ! Merci pour cette semaine !

Céline et Christophe sont des hôtes accueillants d'une disponibilité exemplaire tout en restant très discrets. Nous sommes restés deux mois dans cette jolie petite maison bien équipée à un quart d'heure de la mer à pieds et nous avons pleinement profité de notre séjour. Nous recommandons fortement.

Un lieu assez exceptionnel pour la côte d'azur : calme, accueillant avec un environnement sans vis-à-vis, très vert et plein ciel. Cela permet de se mettre à distance de la frénésie de la côte d'azur en ces périodes estivales. La communication avec Joyce est facile et en confiance ce qui est facilitant pour se sentir bien. Et plein de petites attentions nous ont fait nous sentir comme chez des amis. De même la maison est très joliment décorée avec goût et simplicité (différente des photos et encore plus jolie) et elle est très bien équipée. Et, en tant qu'habitués de la Colle sur Loup depuis plus de 30 ans, nous recommandons assurément Maison Joa Terra !

Great stay. The pool was absolutely lovely. All the outside areas were beautiful, with lots of choice where to sit. The bathroom was also very nice. The bed was huge, but a little on the hard side for me. The main room was big and well decorated in a French style. The kitchenette was a nice place to sit and had lots of equipment for making basic meals. No oven and only one hob was more of a challenge than I had anticipated - probably fine in the summer when eating mostly cold food. The owners were very friendly, but not overwhelming - we had our privacy respected. We felt safe and secure in the accommodation and grounds. Only 2 small niggles. The bedding was inadequate - I was cold most nights. I did ask for a duvet, but we only got a thin blanket. Probably fine in the summer, but September can be quite chilly and I resorted to wearing some clothing in the end. This second point is no fault of the owner, but we were woken up in the early hours of every morning by local barking dogs.

We had an amazing week at MJ’s incredibly beautiful villa. Being four adults and four kids ranging from 5-15 yo, we had everything anyone could possibly need. It was truly a home away from home. Sending lots of love to MJ for making this a memorable week for everyone in our family. We will be back for sure!

Nous avons passé un très bon moment, la maison était parfaite, propre , les critères correspondaient à la description. Le jardin est très beau, clôturé, parfait pour les chiens. My husband and I had a fabulous stay ! The apartment was absolutely perfect , spacious , very clean and most importantly welcoming . Lee met us at the apartment and explained everything we need to know . There was a bottle of red wine left for us to enjoy on the large balcony overlooking the old town . Location could not have been better for restaurants , the port etc . Would highly recommend staying here !!!

We loved our stay in Pascals rooftop apartment. It was at the top of 100 steps but it was so worth the climb. Very light and airy and a fabulous balcony where we ate breakfast. Very clean and well appointed. Quiet over night and so close to the beach and many shops, the daily market and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at Celia’s apartment. The location is very convenient, within easy walking distance of Port Lympia, where we enjoyed a nice evening at one of the bars overlooking the stunning port. Celia is a fantastic host, she contacted us in advance with clear check-in details and provided recommendations for local restaurants, which we appreciated. The apartment itself is spacious for two people and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. We also liked that it had a small terrace, though unfortunately, the rainy weather meant we couldn’t make the most of it. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Vi var väldigt nöjda att bo i lägenheten över påsklovet med fyra barn (åldrarna 10, 7, 6 och 1 år). Det funkade toppen trots att boendet inte var rekommenderat för barn. Har man en liten vagn (tex Babyzen Yo-Yo) som kan bäras upp för trapporna och barn som är vana vid trappor inomhus var det inga problem. Ett toppenboende!

Stayed here for a week with my partner and 5 month old whilst visiting family in Nice and this place ticked all the boxes. Central location - which was ideal for us walking with the pram . We also had the fallback option of the tram line close by as well. Plenty of shops / restaurants near by. Very spacious & clean apartment , plus the view from the balcony was stunning 🤩

Logement très bien situé et propre. Supermarché, restaurants, tramway, tout est à proximité. De plus, la vue de la terrasse est très jolie, je recommande !

Un grand merci à Olivier de nous avoir accueilli pour notre séjour sur Antibes. Le logement est à 15 minutes à pied du Centre et à 5 minutes de la gare. Il est situé dans une résidence calme. De plus, Olivier est un hôte très agréable et très arrangeant, je vous le recommande à 300 % !

Ich habe mich in diesem Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist einfach, sehr zweckmäßig, mit Liebe und komplett ausgestattet. Auch für die ersten Stunden sind schon Tee und Kaffee vorhanden. Berta ist eine liebenswürdige agile Person und wird in jeder Situation helfen können. Ich werde gern wiederkommen.

We loved the location of Cheng’s apartment. It was close to many restaurants, and about a 15 minute walk to the Cros-sur- Mer train station. The view was breathtaking. We enjoyed sitting out on the terrace and watching the people walk/bike by, and the planes take off and land at the Nice airport. We rented the 2 bedroom terrace apartment. There is no designated kitchen but had a microwave, small refrigerator, cooktop and sink on the outdoor terrace. There were plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable. Another plus was the washer and dryer. Thank you for hosting us, Cheng.

Very peaceful location with excellent views. Host was very responsive and helpful. Clean building and surroundings. Narrow lane to reach the building but had no problem driving up with my rental suv. Just be careful while driving up at night. Overall great stay. Will come back!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Sabine qui nous a accueillis pour prendre possession de l'appartement. La place de parking est très utile et l'arrêt de tram est à 5' à pied pour se déplacer dans la ville.

Très bien juste petit défaut au niveau du lit avec un renfoncement au milieu,sinon très agréable comme logement

Nous avons passé un très chouette séjour dans le logement d'Alain, bien équipé et fonctionnel. Alain est très réactif et disponible, nous avons même eu le droit à des recommandations pour dîner après notre arrivée tardive, et un petit déjeuner pour le lendemain. Encore merci!
