There's an additional room off one of the double bedrooms, with a small sofa bed which sleeps one adult, but better for children. Travel cot. Garden access. Dogs allowed, but not to be left unattended. Five guests max.

There is an ensuite shower room, a kitchenette and a private walled garden for eating/drinking. TV and wifi are provided. Off street parking and home cooked meals are available.

Sefton park is close by, as is Lark Lane , with a range of vibrant cafes and restaurants We live close to Grassendale park and it's only a 10 minute walk to the river Mersey.
