Wir waren zum 2. Mal in Cristinas traumhaft schönem Loft. Sensationell: das Interieur - kreativ und inspirierend, der Garten - magisch! Der Pool - gigantisch wie ein Freibad. Und immer top sauber! Danke Guiseppe! Der Ausblick? Wow! Die Lage: idyllisch - come in and calm down. Top! Super Restaurants und das altertümliche süße Städtchen Brisighella in weniger als 10 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar. Und drumherum? Tolle Landschaften, wunderschöne Städte, 1a Essen und super Locations. La dolce Vita. Und so viel Herz, Leidenschaft, Freude und Freundlichkeit - die Menschen der Emilia Romagna sind einfach wunderbar. Wir kommen immer wieder in diese wunderbare Region. Und natürlich zu Cristina. Sie ist nicht nur ein toller Gastgeber, sondern ein ganz besonderer Mensch. Ebenso wie ihr Pa und die gute Gartenseele: Guiseppe. Bleibt gesund und erhaltet euch diese Oase auf dem Hügel. Grazie mille per tutto. Und bis zum nächsten Mal. Wir freuen uns schon darauf.

Un alloggio perfetto in centro città, tutto facilmente raggiungibile a piedi, il parcheggio gratuito a pochi metri. L’ospitalità è stata eccellente e impeccabile in ogni cosa. Non c’è molto da aggiungere tutto era perfetto!!!

Cosa posso dire dell'appartamento e del proprietario stesso dell'appartamento? Tutto è fantastico! dalla perfetta pulizia della tua casa ad un'ampia scelta di piatti e posate! accogliente, conveniente, ottimo interscambio di trasporti!!! È a un'ora di autobus dal mare e a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro città con i suoi indimenticabili monumenti architettonici! Un ringraziamento speciale a Carlo Alberto per il suo aiuto in tutte le questioni di conciliazione e tutto il resto! inoltre, nonostante i suoi impegni, ci ha aiutato ad arrivare dall'appartamento alla stazione ferroviaria e ad acquistare i biglietti del treno. Se avrò bisogno di alloggiare da qualche parte la prossima volta che verrò in Italia, sarà la sistemazione di Carlo!!! Non prenderò nemmeno in considerazione altre opzioni!!! Grazie Carlo Alberto!!! Ti auguro buona fortuna e tutte le benedizioni terrene!!!!!

The apartment looked just like the pictures and was very clean. We were able to leave our luggage well before the official check-in time, and Francesco responded incredibly quickly, which made communication super easy. Everything we needed was provided. The location is quite central, yet it was very quiet inside, so we were able to get a great night’s rest. It’s hard to imagine getting a better deal at a hotel — we were really happy with the accommodation.

Abbiamo trascorso una notte in questo agriturismo di passaggio in una viaggio di vacanza. La stanza è annessa all'azienda Trerè. La qualità della stanza è molto buona ed è stato tutto molto piacevole e funzionale. L'ambiente è molto famigliare e rilassante. La nostra interfaccia è stata Sandra che è stata di una cordialità e simpatia notevoli. Ottima la cena ed i vini. Certo per una notte è un poco caro ma penso che un soggiorno più lungo sia molto piacevole e ben commisurato alla spesa. Gatti e, soprattutto, pavoni movimentano la permanenza con la loro presenza.

Rosanna a été accueillante et disponible par Whats'app lors de notre séjour. Logement central avec accès facile à la gare à pied qui nous a permis de laisser la voiture dans l'enceinte de la cour lors de nos journées passées à Bologne et Florence. Au milieu de la Motor Valley où tous les constructeurs automobiles sont accessibles. Elle nous a recommandé des restaurants et magasins à proximité. Le logement était très propre et la cuisine parfaite pour cuisiner le soir. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la pizzeria Parfin (fermée le mercredi mais ouverte le dimanche soir) à quelques minutes en voiture qui permet de prendre à emporter pour manger tranquillement à l'appartement.

Esperienza perfetta. Posizione ottima per visitare Ferrara piedi e Angelo è stato molto gentile. La casa è come da descrizione, se dovessi tornare a Ferrara tornerei qui. Consigliata .

Absolutely amazing stay at Francesca's! She showed me the definition of true hospitality and I was so sad to leave. 11/10 would stay again! A few highlights: *Very communicative/responsive and helpful host. I was there for a few weeks and Francesca definitely helped me settle in to Italy stress-free! *Very comfortable bed and comfortable apartment overall *Sparkling clean and very nice appliances/features (i.e. automatic shades and openers for the skylights). *Peaceful, quiet, and safe neighborhood. I did not want to be right in the city center of Bologna. This apartment is about a 10-15-minute walk to where the restaurants/shopping on Via Santa Stefano starts, and about 25 minutes to the city center. I only took the bus a handful of times during my extended stay there, but that is a faster and easier option if you want it. There are some cute cafes and eating options within a ~5 minute walk. Super close to SPAN (AMAZING pizza), Berbere, and Forno Brisa for daily bread and treats.

Lorenzo est toujours disponible et offre un service optimum. L’appartement est très bien équipé, calme, il donne sur une cour intérieure ombragée. A 5mn du centre historique, des vélos sont à disposition. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour pour découvrir Ferrare et ses environs. Je recommande !

Alessandra ist eine großartige Gastgeberin. Sie ist sehr bemüht, Ihren Gästen den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu machen. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und gemütlich und hat einen schönen Holzofen, an dem wir abends gerne gesessen sind. Die Aussicht und die Natur rund um das Haus ist sind wunderschön. Wir hanen den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Ottimo alloggio! Ideale per passare dei momenti in cui si necessita di stare più isolati o semplicemente se si ha voglia di stare a contatto con la natura. Andrea ci ha accolto insieme alla sua compagna Cecilia ed è stato molto gentile simpatico e disponibile. Qualità prezzo eccellente! Abbiamo alloggiato comodamente in 4 (una sola notte).

Lelio’s studio is a beautiful, historical gem in Bologna. The frescos from the 1600s and the carved ceilings situate you in the heart of civilization. The modern amenities are perfectly maintained. The bed is extremely comfortable and the linens are in excellent shape. The bathroom is appointed with everything you will need. Please know that the ceiling can “shed” some because this is a historical building. Dust can fall from the plaster and stonework. Also, there is sound from the building entrance door and gate, because this unit is located on the ground floor near the entrance. It is not noisy, just normal building sounds. Neither of these detract from the spectacular studio. Thank you!

This is a lovely Airbnb – – cozy and clean and Sara was a fantastic host. It’s a great place to stay, but there are a lot of stairs to climb to get to the apartment! Just a word of warning to anyone with heavy suitcases or mobility issues.

L’appartamento era curato e con l’essenziale per un soggiorno di pochi giorni. Ci è piaciuto molto il quartiere, che è tranquillo e ben collegato al centro storico. A pochi passi dall’appartamento c’è anche un comodissimo supermercato. Potrebbe essere fatta più attenzione ad alcuni dettagli come la pulizia delle stoviglie e della doccia, ma in generale l’esperienza è stata decisamente positiva. Benedetta è stata molto gentile e comprensiva nello scambio dei messaggi.

We had a fantastic stay at Paolo’s. The apartment was beautiful and had thoughtful touches which we appreciated. Our young children especially loved the selection of toys to play with. The location was absolutely perfect and we enjoyed exploring and walking around the centre. We’ve been to Bologna a few times before and this has been our favourite apartment so far. We would definitely stay here again on future trips.
