A 40m2 self-contained apartment on the ground floor of a traditional stone built farmhouse in a tranquil rural location. The apartment features a bedroom/living room with king side bed, sofa, smart TV, built in wardrobe, and dining table. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a wet-room and decked terrace with parasol and outdoor dining table. From May to October guests have use of a 6m x 3.75m pool and sun deck shared with the host who lives on site and guests in one other 2 person accommodation.

It's a 10min walk through the village to the river with beaches and a café whilst charming Coja town is a 5min drive and includes several restaurants, cafes, bakeries, bank. A multitude of historic sights and outdoor activities are catered for in the surrounding area.

Situated right on the banks of the Pomares river, this newly refurbished luxury 1 bedroom apartment has everything you need for a relaxing holiday, set in the heart of the Alva Valley. The apartment has a balcony over looking the river beach of Avo, where you can enjoy the fresh water of the Alva river. Wake up to the sound of birds singing and sunlight streaming through the windows. We are surrounded with many swimming spots and river beaches about 10-15 minutes drive! The space is also suitable for 3 adults and 1 child, or 2 adults and 2 children. The sofa is opening for a bed and i can supply bed sheets and blankets.
