Welcome to our home on the Truckee River. The downstairs has an open floor plan with the living area, kitchen/dining & the den all connected with beautiful reclaimed oak hardwood flooring. Granite counters, hickory cabinets, hot tub. The hot tub over looks the Truckee river and all it's beauty. We are a short distance to downtown Truckee and all there little shops and we are 5 minutes outside the Ski Resort Village. Most have told us it's a hidden- GEM. Bird watch, fish or just relax. Welcome to Lanny Lodge, a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house in Olympic Valley and super close to Palisades Village -- either a 3 minute drive or a 15 minute walk. Free Mountaineer shuttle! Upstairs you will have 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom; downstairs you will have 1 bedroom, a full bath, kitchen, and combo living/dining space leading to a large deck. Upper deck connects two bedrooms. Two spaces for working remotely (one dedicated). Strong reliable WiFi clocked at over 300 mbps. Parking for 3 cars.

Equipped with a queen bed and comfy couch there is plenty of room to relax after a big day in Tahoe. During the summer enjoy meals or relaxing outside on your private deck with shade garden. During the winter you can cross country ski behind the house (conditions permitting). Only 8 miles from (Palisades) Alpine and Squaw.

Snow removal is included. There is a new gas range/oven and all the cooking utensils you’ll need! We also have a new refrigerator!

The house also shares a full laundry area with the attached apartment. 12% Placer County TOT tax will be collected either cash upon arrival or in advance.

ON THE TRUCKEE RIVER right in the historic downtown area, our little place is a 2 block walk to restaurants and shopping. You’ll love our place because you can sit inside or in bed and watch the river flow by. It's a peaceful place, new and modern, private and the middle of it all. It's not just a place to stay, it's a destination. QUIET people only please. We have a firm sofa sleeper. we have a couple of other mattresses we can bring in if you prefer a softer bed.
