A warm and comfortable home in a quiet spot in Omarama. The stylish kitchen is equipped with all utensils required to prepare a delicious meal. There is an air conditioner to take the chill off on those cooler days/nights. Three bedrooms, main bedroom has an ensuite, the other bedrooms are serviced by a bathroom and separate toilet/powder room. All beds have electric blankets. Warm in winter with underfloor heating and fireplace, the living areas include a full cook's kitchen which opens onto a verandah, lawn & native garden. The large upstairs bedroom has king bed and mountain views, downstairs bedroom has a queen bed with garden outlook. A quiet peaceful environment, and a good base for exploring.

This brand new modern two bedroom cottage is perfect for relaxing. It has high quality fittings, fixtures and appliances, you will also be very comfortable year round with the heat pump. Entrance can be through the internal garage, great for winter months, or via the covered veranda, which happens to be perfect for morning coffee in the sun. The cottage boasts a beautiful bathroom with underfloor heating and two bedrooms. It is located in a quiet area, walking distance to town.
