Charming COUNTRY farm house dates back to pre-civil war times, this evident by the beautiful wood work, beautiful wide plank floors. Large yard that is perfect for the kids or dog to run & play. This house is in the perfect central location of the NY COUNRY side. THERE ARE ZERO STREET LIGHTS. We are short drive to many attractions around NY. You have the entire house to yourself & your party. We are close if you need us but we value your privacy! *Please read pet policy carefully*

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Close to downtown and university,hospital and other local amenities. Updated, spacious, all the amenities that a home should have. Enough parking for 3-4 cars Please review the location there is street view and Google maps, if you don't like the location don't book it or cancel it. For people that expect Beverly Hills or beach front and complain about the value please book elsewhere.

The property is bordered by a ravine on one side and a NYS walking trail that follows an old rail line on the other. The historic Village of Cazenovia is 4 miles away

Our log cabin offers the perfect space for a girls weekend away, a fishing weekend or a family lake vacation! There are two bedrooms on the first floor with queen sized beds and a king bed in the spacious loft. A cozy living room and open dining area will make you feel right at home. Why stay at a hotel when you and your family could stay at this updated ranch style home. This is in a peaceful neighborhood with a private yard. There are two bedrooms (queen beds) each with Roku TV's. The third bedroom was converted to office space in case you want to work with privacy. I have listed as 6 guests in case children are staying (there are only two beds).
