Penelope 's place was very stylish, spacious & spotlessly clean. Large comfortable bed & lovely bathroom. As there are others staying in the house there is a bit of noise through the walls but not excessive. Lovely spot overlooking Auckland but away from the craziness!

Lovely place. Close to the beach (steep hill!!!). Great to have beach towels. Be conscious that this is a dark area after night and the roads are narrow as described. Fantastic beach down the hill. Cottage is well equipped, comfortable and has a lovely outside area. The three nearby restaurants/bars are fine. Local Foursquare packs a lot into a small area

Great stay, easy location central to everything

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit is situated in a very quiet suburb with beautiful morning sunshine and seaviews. It was very clean and comfortable...my very tall husband appreciated the extra height of the shower too! Sheryll was a thoughtful host who went above and beyond to make our stay a special one. Would happily stay again and highly recommend.

Such a beautiful home! Had the best time with my family. Very well catered! House is spotless. Easy check-in! Sandy is such a great host! Rooms are big and comfortable. Enough space for a big family. Beautiful views from home, nice local restaurants & morning walks down to the beach too. Highly recommended. Definitely will be staying here on my next family trip! Thanks again Sandy!!!!!

Excellent accommodation. Very comfortable. Lovely furnishings including comfortable bed. Very private. Nice views and surrounds. Husband enjoyed access to sky sport :) didn’t get to meet Chris as there was no need however his communication was excellent and he was highly responsive. Easy to follow all instructions. Great activities nearby. Would definitely recommend calling into Allpress for a tasting of their olive oils and other excellent products. Can also highly recommend the roadside crêperie in Oneroa.

We had a fabulous time at Ann’s place. The house is large and spacious with incredible views and perfect for a weekend away. It’s a very short walk to the beach & cafe - you can’t get much closer than Ann’s place! Ann was such a great host, she was friendly and helpful and was able to accommodate an earlier check in which was ideal for us. I’d highly recommend staying here, and would book again!

Great stay, amazing location and fantastic hosts! The only negative was that the apartment was veeeery hot on these hot, sunny days and even though there's fans, they didn’t make a difference. So a aircon unit would make the stay a 11/10 :)

Such a great find! Location wise if you couldn’t walk directly there everything was close by using a taxi. The view is just stunning and you felt relaxed as soon as you walked in. Bedrooms and bathrooms were well set up. The spa pool was on and ready for us, we were provided with information on everything before we arrived which was really helpful to refer to. We enjoyed it so much and would definitely come back
