Nice, clean, and well-equipped property. Safe neighborhood with nice restaurants and a coffee shop within walking distance. Enjoyed stay!

Great locale to be close to Syracuse U. Very walkable to the University and the Wescott neighborhood. Street parking was easy and the apartment is warm and comfortable. Merritt made sure we had everything we needed. Would (and hopefully will) stay here again if my daughter attends Syracuse.

This stay was very convenient for a weekend getaway - and the home itself is charming and full of Victorian quirks-tucked away rooms, etc. Very cozy and comfortable. Although someone lives downstairs, we did not find that limiting or intrusive in any way-there are quiet hours (and I hope we did not wake anyone up getting back late our one longer night out!). The real standout here though was the 20/10 level of hospitality - from custom vegetarian charcuterie, to little snacks left out each morning - over-the-top thoughtful, and something you just don't see anymore in AirBnBs. Another thing we realized and deeply appreciated on checkout day? No complicated directives to pre-clean, on what to put where, no responsibilities to take out garbage, no extra labor in the scurry to pack up and leave town. Though we were thoughtful in leaving things as tidy as possible, it was hugely appreciated given our own deadlines for the day! I would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed here for a Metallica Concert, with our adult children. Everyone had their privacy, but we had plenty of room to gather for family time. This house is so spacious. The location is just a cheap uber ride away from downtown, and some of the best food I’ve ever eaten. We got everywhere in about 10 minutes. I love the aesthetics of this place, modern amenities with the charm of the original origin of the house. The hosts were super attentive to our questions and they kept in contact with us throughout our stay. One of my favorite moments from the weekend was playing Syracuse Monopoly (left by the hosts) as a family. That was so thoughtful to have in the family room. If we are ever in Syracuse we will definitely stay here again.

The place is spacious, equipped with basic needs for kitchen, bathroom and have all supplies. We did not use the washer and dryer. The house is located in quiet place. It might smell cigarette but it kinda went away or ours nose got used to it. We enjoyed the staying here. Good price.

Merritt's place was a nice home for our family to stay while visiting the area. It's in a very convenient location, right off the highway and close to Wegman's and all basic amenities. The house is well appointed with comfortable furniture. The king bed was particularly comfortable with a memory foam topper. Finding the place, especially in the dark, was tricky, as you must go through a parking lot that is under construction to get to the driveway. If you have any doubts, just ask for clarification as Merritt and team were very responsive. Again, very conveniently located and the road noise from 481 was not at all an issue.

We had a great time. It was everything we wanted. Host was extremely helpful and respectful. I would recommend this wonderful place to anyone. We will be back next year. Only bad thing was them bugs flying around. Great place

Merrit and team were exceptional at communication and very pleasant! Sent me extra messages wishing us a Happy Easter and my daughter a happy birthday! The house was spotless and clean. Great shower water pressure was amazing! The outside of house needs some TLC but inside was great and that's what matters. Neighborhood was meh.....we felt safe but we definitely weren't hanging around outside. It was close to downtown Syracuse and Syracuse University. Would absolutely stay here again!

This was my first time staying in an Airbnb. I wasn't sure if Airbnb would be right for my family but we've stayed in several hotels over the years and we decided to finally give this a try. The check-in process was flawless and the host was very friendly and responsive. The house was clean and it's situated in a very cozy neighborhood. We are a couple with 5 children and the accommodations were perfect for our needs. Our children thoroughly enjoyed having access to the game room during the times that I was working remotely. We don't have children under five anymore but I thought it was so thoughtful that the Airbnb provides a pack-n-play and a kitchen highchair for families that may have a baby or toddler. The only thing I would have benefited from being added would be a small desk and office chair for an ergonomic work space. I was able to work sufficiently so it's not a complaint by any means. We were happy to stay here and our children are still raving about the themed rooms!

Host met at door and offered slippers. Showed me to room. Wished me good night. Responded to my question about use of kitchen and dining room. Checked on me while I was using dining room and got me a better chair and place serving.

Super helpful and responsive. House was clean and the very minimal issues we experienced they were super helpful, responsive, and accommodating. Would stay again.
