My stay at Tom's cottage was wonderful. Tom is extremely friendly, available and helpful for all your needs. Check-in very smooth and easy. There was a slight glitch in the bathroom , but within literally minutes Tom arrived with a smile and fixed the problem immediately. The cottage has historic charm with natural wood throughout...loads of windows and sunlight...lovely sitting area on front patio beneath the huge palms (would sit for hours) and a walk-in sauna in the back of the house. Also, one of the best Italian restaurants I've been to is at the end of the block! Super location for shops, restaurants (great coffee shop, Milk and Honey just around the corner), yet it's unusually quiet...amazing combo! I'd recommend Tom's cottage to everyone!

The host goes out of her way to accommodate anything you could possibly need or even desire! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that no detail was overlooked in making this a comfortable and accessible home. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this ADA-compliant house. The house is thoughtfully designed with a lower-level bedroom with a lift, an accessible bathroom, and ramps at the front door making it easy for everyone to enjoy their time here. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could ever need, and the open living area has plenty of seating for our entire group. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bedding was top of the line. The outdoor space was equally inviting, with a large patio, koi pond, large jacuzzi, gas fire pit, and bikes available to ride.

We had a blast during our stay. Beautiful property with a saltwater pool and hot tub. Thank you!!

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here! It was a beautiful home, and it was so peaceful being surrounded by trees and nature. Can’t recommend this Airbnb enough. (:

MK is a fantastic host! Her place is in a wonderful, central location that allows you to easily get around LA which is saying a lot as LA can be a tough city to get around in. The home matched the description and photos. MK was very accommodating, flexible, kind, and responsive - thank you for a great stay!

Staying at the Cozy Cottage was an amazing experience! I booked the cabin for a weekend trip as a Valentine’s Day present, and our stay there was perfect. Mary Ann & Chuck were both very helpful, they guided us to an alternate route to the cabin to avoid an icy/snowy hill, and made sure we got there okay. As far as the cabin itself goes, there’s really nothing bad to say. The heaters upstairs and downstairs work great, and they work fast. You don’t need to go above 68° to really feel warm. The water pressure & heat in the shower is great, the bathroom’s immaculately clean, and very well-themed! The master bedroom is also very well put together. Everything is labeled, but non-obstructively; you only see them when you need them! We made sure to follow the guide & instructions in welcome packet & introductory e-mail, and we had no questions. Check-out was very flexible, and the amenities are amazing. Make sure to sign the guest book if you visit :) 10/10!!

This was by far the best experience I’ve had thus far staying in California! Kristin was incredible, always available to help & extremely nice! Totally above and beyond and I’d love to stay at her place again!

This cottage is AMAZING ! My husband, my two German Shepherds, and I came to SoCal for a last minute trip and booked this place while on the road. Once booked, the hosts immediately sent us communication to express their thanks for booking and share info regarding our stay. The hosts were very communicative, which helped for a smooth stay. We were very pleased with the cottage and a few highlights include a SQUEAKY CLEAN place, comfy bed + pillows & futon, SO much space for a cottage, a BEAUTIFUL bathroom with clean linens, a nice shaded patio (our dogs loved enjoying the weather outside), and a peaceful private location. We travel to SoCal often and will keep this cottage saved for future trips ! Thank you hosts for opening your beautiful space for us to enjoy ! We had family staying in nearby hotels and they were JEALOUS of our stay ! 10/10 recommended !! ✨

My daughter and I had a fantastic stay. Everything was as described, and we felt completely at home. The location is perfect - quiet and safe. I enjoyed walking through the neighborhood and checking out all of the beautiful houses. The bungalow was very well-equipped with everything we needed. My only issue (which was only mine) was that cabinets were really high up for me (I’m only 5’0), but wasn’t an issue for my much taller daughter. The patio was also a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather we had. We will definitely stay here again when we’re visiting So. Cal.

Nicely laid out space. Plenty of room for 4 people and 2 dogs. All surfaces were clean and easy to clean. So many toys to use for the beach. Bikes, boogie boards, chairs and a wagon. Made it so much easier to pack. Great to have a laundry space. Parking was easy. Entering the place was easy. Ernie was very communicative. Loved the place. Will. Be back.

Kelly’s house is beautiful my family and I loved it very peaceful. The view is amazing. House is exactly like the pictures kitchen/bathroom was fully stocked. I would definitely book again.

This was the first time I have checked in to any hotel/airbnb and did not need to clean or sanitize everything before settling in. My 12 year old loved the upstairs bedroom, my 16 year old actually wanted to hang out with us outside, and I loved the historical charm of this cottage. It has a nice layout and lots of space inside and out. I was able to work with a great WiFi connection while my kids and dogs had more than enough to do to keep them occupied without relying on electronics. The propane fire pit was perfect for s’mores, jiffy popcorn, and telling ghost stories. Inside is comfortable with a great streaming selection to watch a movie and play one of the many board games. The beds and pillows were perfectly comfortable, not too soft not too firm. Neighbors were quiet and kind. You can tell this cottage is loved and is not just another income streaming rental property. You will not regret staying here ☺️

Wonderful little bungalow close to downtown. The lake, and Skydive Lake Elsinore! Will stay again

J C were gracious host. They would keep checking in if we needed anything. The cottage was clean and very comfortable. We would definitely consider staying here again the next time we’re in lake arrowhead.

Rooms are somewhat small but the cottage is charming, very homey, and quite comfortable. It had all we needed. We will want to visit again. The outside common area and chickens were a big hit with our grandkids when they came for a visit. The neighborhood is beautiful & quiet. Kristen was a great host.

Amy’s place was perfect for my visit to LA. Well located in Glendale, it was an easy walk to grocery stores and restaurants. I took Lyft/Uber to visit friends in nearby neighborhoods like Echo Park, Burbank, and Highland Park—Glendale being fairly central made that super convenient. The guest house was well equipped and had everything I needed. Amy was really friendly and responsive. Would totally recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay at Christina’s home! She was so kind and helpful. We felt right at home. She also offered local suggestions for us. We will definitely stay again when visiting Orange.

stayed for proximity to Dodgers Stadium. beautiful historic home and neighborhood. Didn't use it, but metrorail station is a short walk away. Parking was fine on the street out front. Nice park for running or walking nearby. Grocery, fast food and restaurants all within walking distance. would certainly stay here again.

The place was very clean. Small but just enough space for us. Conveniently located in downtown fullerton so only blocks away from a lot of restaurants, shops, and bars. Would definitely stay here again!

I had a perfect stay at Kathryns place. Kathryn was a wonderful host, communication was great and anything i needed was answered straight away. The cottage was very comfortable and super clean. It was very well equipped with everything you could need. The bed was very comfortable also. Kathrys place is perfectly located, it it in a nice quiet neighbourhood and yet only 10 mins cycle from the beach and shops. I found the bike that was available to use really handy, I used it every day! I will be returning to Huntington beach next year and will definitely be returning to stay at Kathryns place.

We have stayed at Primo Cottage many times ! We love everything about it! It is close to the best beach, many restaurants and a variety of shopping. It is immaculate and sooo comfortable. It is quiet and relaxing. I can’t wait to return again. Mike and Diane are the best hosts.

This gem of a historic cottage was such a beautiful couple's getaway spot. Aside from the historic-like home decor, the fire, the super-size projector screen, and the coziness of the cabin, the owners's instructions and communications were the easiest to follow of any AirBnB I have ever stayed in. It made for a stress-free transition into this tranquil, tree-nestled nook. We especially loved the local life,fe, i.e., grey squirrel, ls that visited us every day. I highly recommend this cute place!

what a wonderful stay! beautifully appointed with EVERY amenity we could want--we loved the soothing sounds of ocean and stream! our cottage was cozy, yet thoughtfully planned with unbelievable spaces for all our things. Brenda's cottage is so conveniently located to all, yet nestled in a quiet neighborhood with ample street parking. this might be our best Airbnb experience yet--hoping to stay again on our next visit to the Santa Ana area! mahalo Brenda!
